Today’s WWE Night of Champions premium live event features a stacked card.
The six-match line-up includes the return of one of WWE’s most iconic modern rivalries, as John Cena faces CM Punk for the Undisputed Title in the main event, alongside the finals of both the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments.
But could there be any last-minute additions – an extra match added, or a surprise appearance?
Here are the last-minute changes we could see as Night of Champions gets underway in Saudi Arabia.
6. Seth Rollins Interferes In John Cena vs. CM Punk
WWE’s top heel, Seth Rollins, remains conspicuous by his absence from the Night of Champions card.
Neither the Money in the Bank briefcase holder nor his fellow faction members, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, currently have matches scheduled.
However, it seems that Rollins could still appear – specifically during the main event between John Cena and his blood rival, CM Punk.
The question is: will he cash in and steal the Undisputed WWE Title?

5. Ron Killings (R-Truth) vs. Aleister Black
Ron Killings went from being a lower-card comedy act to a featured WWE star in early June – after the company was seemingly forced to renew his contract following backlash from fans and stars alike.
Despite his elevated status, he currently isn’t scheduled for a match at Night of Champions – but that could change.
On SmackDown the night before the event, he was attacked by Aleister Black, setting up an obvious showdown.
Could a last-minute bout between Killings and Black be added to the Night of Champions card?

4. Wyatt Sicks’ War With Tag Division Continues
Speaking of SmackDown the night before the PLE, the tag team title match between The Street Profits and The Wyatt Sicks’ Joe Gacy & Dexter Lumis ended in a no-contest after the entire SmackDown tag division got involved.
The chaotic finish played into the storyline of the Wyatt Sicks waging war against the tag team roster.
Could this lead to a last-minute match being added to WWE Night of Champions?
A tag team battle royal or a four-way tag title match featuring the division’s top teams could be a possibility on the show.

3. Jimmy Uso Joins Jacob Fatu
At WWE Night of Champions, Jacob Fatu is set to defend his United States Title against former Bloodline brother Solo Sikoa.
Sikoa is certain to have JC Mateo in his corner – who will undoubtedly get involved in the match.
However, in recent weeks, it appears that Jimmy Uso has been forming an unofficial alliance with Fatu.
Could Uso officially join Fatu and accompany him to ringside as a last-minute change to the match?

2. Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez Announced As Tag Team Champions
One half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Raquel Rodriguez, faces Rhea Ripley in a street fight at Night of Champions.
Rodriguez’s tag partner, Liv Morgan, was recently sidelined with a long-term shoulder injury – raising the question of what happens to the titles.
On the June 23 edition of Raw, Roxanne Perez helped Rodriguez take out Ripley, signalling that Perez will likely take Morgan’s place.
An official announcement crowning Perez as co-champion could be made live on Night of Champions.

1. Goldberg Appears
Goldberg is set to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Title at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12.
More than just a title match, this bout marks the end of Goldberg’s iconic pro-wrestling career.
Given Goldberg’s history of appearing at WWE events in Saudi Arabia, could he make a surprise appearance to promote his “last ride”?
A last-minute change could see Goldberg show up at Night of Champions to build hype for his farewell match.
