WWE NXT recently had a weekend tour outside of Florida where main roster talents competed against the brand’s stars.
On these shows, WWE Raw’s IYO SKY and Chad Gable appeared to add some name value to these events.
With the likes of Grayson Waller, Fraxiom and The Creed Brothers all regularly appearing on NXT TV, there could be even more talents from Raw and SmackDown who might be next to start appearing on the brand.
Here are four WWE main roster stars to potentially appear in NXT.
Bayley
Another WWE main roster star who has appeared on the NXT brand at live events is Bayley.
After making headlines with her WWE contract set to expire, Bayley recently returned to the company.
The former WWE Women’s Champion is someone who has always been willing to work with the young talent on NXT.
Bayley heading back to the brand to work on house shows or even appear on television would be fitting to who she is and the legacy she has on WWE NXT.
Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)
During their time on NXT, there is no denying that Street Profits are widely recognized as one of the most popular tag teams in the brand’s history.
Since getting called up to the WWE main roster, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have left a similar impact on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown.
More recently, Street Profits have not been appearing on WWE TV after losing the World Tag Team Titles to The Vision.
Street Profits back on NXT also brings a legacy duo for the current tag division to work with as well.
Rusev
Rusev recently suffered an injury in a match against Je’Von Evans that has led to his current absence.
After a few months, Rusev’s wife CJ Perry recently revealed that he could be on his way back.
To prepare for his in-ring return, Rusev is scheduled to report to the WWE Performance Center.
A return to NXT helps Rusev work off the ring rust in a controlled setting.
Carmelo Hayes
Another WWE main roster star who has been sporadically used as of late is Carmelo Hayes.
Starting off 2026, Hayes was the United States Champion, becoming a weekly highlight with his open challenge.
However, Hayes lost the title ahead of WrestleMania 42 and has not been consistently utilized since then. To get him back in stride, a return to NXT might be necessary.
Following in the footsteps of Grayson Waller and The Creeds, Melo’s NXT comeback could lead to a more prominent role on WWE main roster TV again.
