The reveal of Bray Wyatt’s return to WWE finally took place at Extreme Rules on October 9, and has seen no shortage of praise for how it played out.
The question now is, where do we go from here…
Wyatt is said to be one of the most creative minds in pro wrestling today but was unable to continue his work in the Vince McMahon regime.
Obviously, you do not want to make the same errors again that caused issues in his previous WWE run.
Now that we know Wyatt actually is behind the White Rabbit mystery, there are a few ways that his run could play out.
5. Form A New Stable
Prior to Wyatt being revealed at Extreme Rules, several real-life human versions of the Firefly Funhouse characters were shown on-screen throughout the arena.
It’s unclear at the moment whether these characters were just props for the return, or whether there’s something more to it.
Each of the ‘characters’ could reveal themselves to be a different wrestler, all of whom have formed a new group under the leadership of Wyatt.
He’s no stranger to leading groups after all. Speaking of which…
4. Bring Back The Wyatt Family
Or, Wyatt goes back to what works. Cult Leader Bray Wyatt.
With the late great Luke Harper watching on from the sky, Bray Wyatt could bring back Erick Rowan and reform the Wyatt Family.
A dominant force that could dominate the tag team division. The White Rabbit and the White Sheep, that does work, right?
Insert the Black Sheep, Braun Strowman, back into the mix and create the most dominant force WWE has right now. A perfect group to take out The Bloodline.
Wyatt did have his signature lantern from the Wyatt Family era with him when he returned, after all.
Unless…
3. Feud With Braun Strowman
…Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman just don’t get along.
Strowman recently returned to WWE and is back to his old ways of total domination. Something only Bray Wyatt really knew how to control.
An epic main event clash between the two would certainly turn heads and make for some awesome television.
In addition it would help both characters to reestablish themselves in the WWE world.
2. Go On A Year-Long Winning Streak
The last few months of Bray Wyatt weren’t great in WWE.
To be honest, ever since he lost to Goldberg his Fiend character just wasn’t the same.
Wyatt’s characters require legitimacy to work. The best way to make that happen is going to be a winning streak.
Have Bray Wyatt dominate the WWE roster for a year, before he eventually takes his first loss against a huge star.
1. Immediately Beat Roman Reigns
That would be a statement. Roman Reigns has been undefeated for over two years.
If Bray Wyatt returns and straight out beats the undefeated undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, that would make waves.
Right now there is seemingly nobody big enough to take down the Tribal Chief. Bray Wyatt could be the one.
