Originally launched as an alternative to WWE in the post-WCW landscape 23 years ago, TNA Wrestling became a promotional partner with WWE in January this year.
TNA stars now routinely appear on WWE programming and this year has seen the high-profile full-time move of former Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace to WWE.
Here are the next TNA stars most likely to follow in her footsteps and officially sign WWE contracts.
8. Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry has seemingly been a permanent fixture on WWE programming since the start of the year – appearing at the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania and weekly on NXT.
One would already think the 37-year-old Scottish star has signed with the company.
With his recent loss of the TNA World Title – incidentally on WWE programming to Trick Williams at Battleground – the time could soon be approaching for him to make the full-time transition.
It appears inevitable we’ll soon see the hugely popular TNA star officially sign with WWE.

7. The Northern Armory

Part of Eric Young’s Northern Armory faction, Judas Icarus and Travis Williams are an incredibly talented tag team.
While their time on TNA programming has yet to showcase the full extent of their abilities, they’ve consistently delivered standout performances on the independent scene.
As Saint and Sinner, they were one of the breakout acts over WrestleMania weekend, shining at DGUSA, DEFY, and Prestige Wrestling events.
Underutilised in TNA, the duo could potentially thrive in WWE’s system – and with a signing to NXT, could be immediately launched into a tag title programme with Hank and Tank.

6. Mike Santana

TNA’s Mike Santana has received a major push since returning to the promotion from AEW last year.
Now one of TNA’s most popular stars, he’s combined natural charisma with consistently strong in-ring performances during this standout run.
He recently impressed on NXT, shining in a match against Tavion Heights on 27 May before being cheated out of the TNA World Championship against Trick Williams on 3 June.
Santana feels like the inevitable next TNA champion – but the more he continues to impress, WWE may come calling with a contract offer.

5. Laredo Kid

Luchador Laredo Kid is one of the most talented in-ring performers currently on the TNA roster.
Now in his second stint with the company after re-signing in 2021, he’s been largely underutilised – with limited appearances in marquee matches or recent PPVs and Impact Plus specials in 2025.
There is, however clear interest in him from WWE – who recently purchased AAA, Laredo’s home promotion in Mexico – evidenced by his appearance and win on the 3 June edition of NXT and scheduled match at the Worlds Collide PLE on 7 June.
Still under contract with TNA, a transition to WWE could soon follow – a welcome move for one of lucha libre’s most talented stars.

4. Leon Slater

Leon Slater continues to be one of the most talked-about names in professional wrestling outside of WWE.
The 20-year-old British high-flying sensation has caught fire in TNA this year, regularly appearing in main events since aligning with the Hardys.
Though he’s thriving on TNA, Slater’s most acclaimed in-ring work remains on the independent scene, where he continues to have blow-away matches in both the UK and US.
A future star without question – the only mystery is whether WWE or AEW will move first to secure his signature.

3. Jake Something

Jake Something is one of TNA’s most physically imposing performers — a true hoss with an explosive, high-impact moveset and palpable intensity.
Despite his talents, he remains one of the promotion’s most underutilised names.
His recent tag outing alongside Matt Tremont at the West Coast Pro, Deadlock Pro Wrestling and Prestige joint independent show highlighted his undeniable skillset.
With WWE often valuing standout big men, the 35-year-old could soon find himself on their radar for a serious run.

2. Masha Slamovich

Current TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich is one of the most talented and hardest-working performers in pro-wrestling today.
Her unique, ultra-aggressive, suplex-heavy style – honed through her ever-prolific work on the indies — sets her apart from most female wrestlers in North America.
With Stephanie Vaquer, Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and reportedly Jordynne Grace all moving to WWE’s main roster, and even with Mariah May’s debut from AEW, NXT’s women’s division needs replenishing — and the 26-year-old Russian standout appears the perfect fit.
Could we soon see the Knockouts Champion drop the title and make her way to WWE?

1. Moose

The former NFL offensive lineman Moose has been a mainstay of TNA’s main event scene for nearly a decade.
The reigning X-Division Champion is also no stranger to WWE programming, having appeared on NXT earlier this year – successfully defending his title against Lexis King before falling to Oba Femi in a hard-hitting match for the NXT Championship.
At 41, it feels like now or never for a run in the world’s biggest wrestling company.
With undeniable charisma, a commanding presence, and consistent in-ring delivery, Moose could be an asset to WWE – especially in NXT.
