With the Royal Rumble 2026 in the books, fans can look forward to WWE Elimination Chamber and more potential surprises.
Since the Chicago showdown will be sure to feature the titular Elimination Chamber matches, there are a few spots left on the card for the last PLE before WrestleMania 42.
Here are five matches that could end up on the WWE Elimination Chamber 2026 card.
5. Becky Lynch (c) vs. Nattie – WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship

While Natalya has appeared in plenty of Royal Rumbles in her tenure at WWE, her arrival in the 2026 Rumble held an important distinction.
Debuting the Lowkey Legend version of her character in a big way, Nattie would show off her grittier and more vicious style throughout the bout.
Although she didn’t win, she definitely made a big impression in the showing including powerful moments including eliminating the likes of Maxxine Dupri as well as Becky Lynch.
Certainly able to be fully explored via a feud, it might be the perfect way to see Nattie pick up her first WWE championship since 2021.

4. CM Punk (c) vs. Brock Lesnar – World Heavyweight Championship

Since the Royal Rumble marked the return of Brock Lesnar, the Beast is back in WWE and seemingly poised to take aim at a top title.
While Brock Lesnar could be a frightening force in the titular Elimination Chamber bout, it could be that his shot at the World Heavyweight Championship comes more directly.
Since the event is being held in Chicago, it would seem that current champion CM Punk would be set for a major match.
With the road the WrestleMania 42 firmly underway, there are definitely still opportunities for surprises including a potential return from Seth Rollins.

3. Drew McIntyre vs. Cody Rhodes for Undisputed WWE Championship

While Drew McIntyre was able to escape Royal Rumble 2026 still the Undisputed WWE Champion, he had a hard fought battle against Sami Zayn.
Still managing to make his presence known in the Rumble match, McIntyre would end up costing Rhodes his shot at capturing a third victory in the major match.
With the bad blood between them clearly not over, it would make total sense to see a title match at Elimination Chamber that could potentially lead to a title change.
With Roman Reigns capturing the Rumble win, we might end up headed for Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns part three at WrestleMania 42 in the end.

2. Jade Cargill (c) vs. Tiffany Stratton – WWE Women’s Championship

Making a big return to action in the 2026 Royal Rumble was Tiffany Stratton.
While she didn’t capture a win in the match, she did make it to the final two being last eliminated by winner Liv Morgan.
Potentially still looking to take aim at the title she lost on SmackDown, Stratton could take on Jade Cargill in a rematch of their showdown from November.
After fans were hopeful that Bianca Belair might reappear in the Royal Rumble but didn’t, it could be Tiffy Time on WWE SmackDown again soon.

1. Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY (c) vs. The Bella Twins – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

With both Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY seemingly still poised to factor into WrestleMania 42 in a big way, it would make sense for them to potentially be back in singles action.
While their partnership has been a lot of fun, all good things must come to an end and it could be The Bella Twins’ time to finally make history.
Never capturing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title in their career – since the accolade was introduced after their original run in WWE – perhaps Elimination Chamber could see a title change.
Setting up the Bella Twins as the champs heading into WrestleMania 42, there could certainly still be a rematch between the teams in Las Vegas.
