With former NXT Champion Oba Femi seemingly set for a call-up to the main roster, there could be big plans set for him at WWE WrestleMania 42.
From veteran names to forming a brand new team, there are some interesting things that Oba Femi could be getting up to on the Road to WrestleMania.
Here are five potential WWE WrestleMania 42 plans for Oba Femi.
5. Drew McIntyre
One compelling story for Oba Femi going into WWE WrestleMania 42 could be going up against Drew McIntyre.
Whether or not McIntyre remains the Undisputed WWE Champion or not by the time WrestleMania 42 happens in Las Vegas, there could still be reason for conflict.
With the foundation for their feud already laid when McIntyre interrupted Femi’s big match against Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event, the pair of towering stars could have a literally massive match.
Introducing Oba Femi to the WrestleMania stage to take on a veteran like Drew McIntyre could be a great use of the young talent who seems poised to do big things in WWE.

4. Bron Breakker
While it isn’t clear yet what brand Oba Femi will end up on, he could certainly find a home in WWE Raw on Netflix.
Possibly set to tangle with The Vision as a brand new babyface on the main roster, Oba Femi could be headed for a showdown with Bron Breakker at WrestleMania 42.
Also able to face off against Big Bronson Reed, there could always be some sort of tag team effort that sees Oba Femi teaming up with another roster member to take on The Vision in tag team or trios action.
With both LA Knight and Rey Mysterio having axes to grind with the faction, perhaps there could be a brand new alliance set to take on the group in Las Vegas.

3. Brock Lesnar
In what could prove to be a massive moment in Oba Femi’s career, perhaps his first WrestleMania match will be against Brock Lesnar.
In what could potentially be one of Lesnar’s final appearances at WrestleMania – if retirement rumors persist – it could be a major passing of the torch moment for Femi.
Able to establish himself as the newest Monster on the block in WWE, Oba Femi could find himself appearing incredible even if he ultimately fell in defeat.
With a variety of legendary talent potentially on their way out of the company with up and comers looking to establish themselves, there could be some generational battles set for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

2. Team Up Against MFTs
One interesting opponent for Oba Femi at WWE WrestleMania 42 could be the MFTs, including current WWE Tag Team Champions, Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga.
If Oba Femi were to debut on SmackDown and immediately grab acclaim along with another tag team partner, perhaps there could be a brand new set of challengers for the titles.
Able to team with any number of names, Femi could make a tag team with Omos, Joe Hendry or even Trick Williams to have a WrestleMania 42 moment.
Setting up a rivalry that could certainly continue across time and turns of character – with both being quite compelling as babyfaces or heels – this WrestleMania meeting could be the first of many showdowns between Oba Femi and Solo Sikoa.

1. LA Knight
With LA Knight’s future feud ahead of WWE WrestleMania 42 potentially uncertain, it could be that the Megastar ends up running into The Ruler.
If Oba Femi were to end up being presented as a heel upon his proper main roster debut, there could be a battle between the two fan favorites in Las Vegas.
Marking an interesting battle, the pair could be equally matched both on the mic and in the ring, poised to make some big moments ahead of the big event.
Set to be a major foe for fan favorite LA Knight, the match could end up becoming a big moment for both remarkable performers.
