Here are six new WWE signings that could make their official debuts at the first WWE Raw of 2026.

6. Chris Jericho

One hotly rumored arrival that could be making his return to WWE on the first episode of WWE Raw in the new year may be Chris Jericho.

With reports that Jericho is not only returning to WWE but could be making the big reveal as early as January 5, it could be that the inaugural AEW World Champion is really headed back.

While Jericho has kept mum on his future plans, he has notably confirmed a UK tour for his band Fozzy that is set to run throughout the month of February 2026.

Potentially the rationale for a return ahead of the expected possible Royal Rumble surprise, Chris Jericho could make a major impact on the first WWE Raw of 2026 on Netflix.

5. Private Party

AEW tag team Private Party

After being absent from AEW since January 2025 when they dropped the AEW World Tag Team Championship, it could be finally time that Private Party can move on.

With Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen boasting TV ready characters with a fun and fan interactive entrance, they would seem to be a perfect fit to land in WWE in the near future.

Potentially ending up in TNA Wrestling instead, it would make total sense to see the duo make a big arrival at WWE Raw on Netflix on January 5 if they were signing with the company.

A standout from WWE Evolve that could make her way to WWE Raw on the first edition of the new year is Kali Armstrong.

Becoming the inaugural holder of the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship, Armstrong could certainly find herself on a path to the main roster in lieu of a lengthy stop in NXT.

With Maxxine Dupri teasing the arrival of the Lowkey Legend Nattie through her training vignettes, perhaps there will be another new Dungeon Doll revealed soon.

Bringing aboard Armstrong — who has history in Evolve with Nattie already — could end up cementing the group as a true force to be reckoned with.

3. Danhausen

AEW's Danhausen

Last appearing in action in a battle royal at AEW Worlds End 2023, it would seem that Danhausen might be a candidate to find himself sprung from the bench this new year.

However fans of the Very Nice, Very Evil star may have to wait a bit longer to see any kind of arrival in WWE from the quirky character.

Despite remaining active in independent wrestling throughout the world in his absence from AEW, fans will have to hold on to their merch money for a little bit longer before Danhausen potentially makes a big WWE debut.

With reports that Danhausen won’t be out of contract with AEW until February 2026, it could be that Danhausen is poised to miss both the first WWE Raw of the year and the Royal Rumble 2026.

2. Brie Bella

Brie Bella in WWE

With Nikki Bella certainly taking a no holds barred attitude as of late, it could be that her heelishness is truly activated on a new level by the arrival of twin sister Brie Bella.

If Brie Bella were to make a return to WWE to kick off the new year alongside her twin sister Nikki, there could be numerous stories impacted.

Not only could Brie become a deciding factor in any future title bout for Nikki, the duo could go on to target on accolade that they never captured together.

Never having held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship together (as it was introduced after the pair stopped competing together full time), it could be that there is another Bella set to go bad in 2026.

1. King Cuerno

WWE SmackDown star Santos Escobar

While WWE fans may not know him by the King Cuerno moniker, Santos Escobar has yet to make his return to WWE TV after an interesting series of events this fall.

With Escobar reportedly re-signing a new contract with WWE shortly after his previous one expired, there was chatter that there may be a brand new character for him upon his return.

Potentially harkening back to his Lucha Underground persona of King Cuerno, there is also his past CMLL and AAA character, El Hijo del Fantasma.

Seemingly poised to make a big return to a new brand for the first edition of WWE Raw of 2026, it will be fascinating to see what happens next with Santos Escobar.
