While so far only Stephanie McMahon has been announced as joining the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026, more announcements are coming soon.

Ahead of the WrestleMania 42 event, there are certainly going to be others added to the induction line-up with plenty of intriguing choices.

Here are six more potential new WWE Hall of Fame 2026 inductees.

6. William Regal

A surprising current omission from the WWE Hall of Fame is that of William Regal. With an extensive in-ring career as well as influential role as on-screen GM in NXT’, perhaps now is the time for his induction.

Following a brief exit from WWE and AEW run in 2022, he would ultimately return as the company’s Vice President of Global Development.

Contributing to some of WWE’s biggest moments on-screen and backstage, Regal is a definite induction to the WWE Hall of Fame at some point.

Able to join the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026, William Regal has a legendary career that would be solid to highlight alongside the other only announced induction so far, Stephanie McMahon.

5. Demolition

WWE legends Demolition

Last February, it was reported that three-time WWE Tag Team Champions Demolition has signed on for Legends deals with WWE.

With the duo of Ax and Smash noted by fans as a top tag team of the 1980s, the pair could be headed for a future WWE Hall of Fame induction.

While it seemed in the past that bad blood surrounding legal matters could be preventing the induction, it could be that 2026 is the year.

Having contributed to foundations of tag team wrestling in the era and beyond, Demolition could certainly get the nod soon.

Bray Wyatt’s WWE career was creatively compelling and emotionally impactful for audiences.

Debuting in FCW back in 2009, Wyatt would go on to make major contributions across NXT and the main roster.

Known for his unique creativity as well as passionate connection with audiences, his legacy continues with the Wyatt Sicks faction that remains a fan favorite in WWE today.

Able to acknowledge his work posthumously after Bray Wyatt’s tragic passing in 2023, a Hall of Fame nod would be special for his family and fans alike.

3. Fit Finlay

Although not as visible as other major behind the scenes players in WWE, Fit Finlay remains an influential legend.

A behind the scenes force in NXT, Fit Finlay is a surprising name that has yet to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

From a legendary in-ring career to his copious contributions over the years behind the scenes in roles as producer and coach, Finlay would be a worthy choice.

Able to reference both his time as an in-ring performer but also having played a role in shaping so many of today’s most popular stars — the honor would be the perfect way to acknowledge his expansive career.

2. John Cena

Undoubtedly a future WWE Hall of Famer, John Cena could find himself inducted sooner rather than later.

After having a landmark farewell tour in 2025, it could be that John Cena finds himself inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026.

Potentially looking to capitalize on the continued momentum from his retirement, it could be perfect timing.

While excitement around John Cena remains high, adding him to the Class of 2026 might make total sense.

1. AJ Styles

Another WWE star that could be ending his in-ring career in the near future at the hands of GUNTHER is AJ Styles.

After the pair have continued their rivalry, a match was made official between them for Royal Rumble 2026 by which if Styles loses, his career is over.

While the WWE and TNA Wrestling legend is looking to wind-down his career, a loss at the Royal Rumble might be the perfect swan song.

Potentially setting Styles up well for an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame 2026 in the coming months, it could be that we don’t see the last of AJ Styles just yet.
