If you have not heard already, the WWE King & Queen Of The Ring tournaments are seemingly canceled, or at least the event under that name has been replaced.
However, we are still going to witness WWE in Saudi Arabia, I am sure you are all excited, as WWE is going to bring back Night Of Champions.
Now, you might be unfamiliar with the stipulation that comes along with Night of Champions.
Between 2007 and 2015 all active main roster championships had to be defended during the event.
Even the Intercontinental Championship – a shocking concept especially in the later years.
But what could be the Championship matches, especially with WWE Backlash happing just two weeks prior in Puerto Rico?
Let’s have a look at what the card could look like with every championship on the line.
Well…
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship: Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs. Nobody
Let’s get this one out of the way first.
Neither Kevin Owens nor Sami Zayn will be present in Saudi Arabia and neither will their championship belts.
Unless WWE pulls the upsetting move of taking the titles off the duo way too early into their run, the ‘all titles on the line’ gimmick will not be fulfilled here.
While Zayn & Owens were able to make up and become stronger together, it seems impossible for others to do so.
Unless there is maybe something with the draft to split the titles, we might not see them defended.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Gunther vs. Sheamus, Last Man Standing
It looks like Sheamus’ obsession with the Intercontinental Championship is not over yet.
While we can possibly expect another hard-hitting contest between the two at WWE Backlash, this will probably not end their feud.
To put a definitive end to this feud however, a Last Man Standing Match might be the best option.
One more ultimate chop to end Sheamus’s ambitions. At least for now.

WWE United States Championship: Austin Theory vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Dominik Mysterio, Triple Threat Match
John Cena implemented a thought process into Austin Theory.
He has to prove himself and overcome bigger and bigger odds.
While Theory already has beaten Rey Mysterio, he did not do it in the cleanest of ways.
So once Rey Mysterio has taken care of Bad Bunny-related business at WWE Backlash, he might come back to Austin Theory for another go.
However, one Mysterio still does not come alone.
You beat two birds with one stone with this.
Continue the Heat Magnet feud between the Mysterios and also give Theory something huge to overcome again once more.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan vs. Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville
Right now the new Tag Team Champions are entangled with Shotzi & Natalya from the looks of it.
The way things stand a quick in-ring return for Ronda Rousey does not seem to be in the books.
This leaves Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville as next in line for a tag team title shot at the next Saudi-PLE.
Maybe Rousey will be back by then, but if not, this makes sense.

WWE Raw Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair vs. Dakota Kai
As things stand the Damage CTRL stable formed out of Bayley, IYO SKY, and Dakota Kai is breaking up sooner than later.
Currently, IYO SKY holds the No.1 Contendership to Bianca Belair’s big red championship.
Potentially, WWE wants to extend this out to the Damage CTRL member that has not yet been able to challenge for the title.
The Saudi show could be the time and the place where Dakota Kai gets her fair shot at the title.
This way Bianca Belair could end the Damage CTRL story once and for all.
It means she’ll have retained over Bayley, SKY, and Dakota Kai.
Cementing her place at the top of the Raw women’s division even more.

WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley vs. Piper Niven
Rhea and Piper are no strangers to each other. Their last big rivalry came in NXT UK.
Both women have grown and changed a lot since then.
Niven came up short in her quest to become the No.1 Contender for the Raw Championship.
Perhaps after the WWE Draft, her chances are better of landing a shot for the SmackDown belt.

WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns vs. Matt Riddle
Matt Riddle is no stranger when it comes to fighting Roman Reigns for the title as he did so during the summer of 2022 already.
Since Roman is going to miss WWE Backlash and scores do not seem to be settled between The Bloodline and Matt Riddle just yet, Riddle vs. Reigns is the match to go for Saudi.
While the chances are slim that Matt Riddle actually obtains the championship, it might help the audience to once again connect with the Original Bro.
