2026 has been a busy year for WWE departures, with the company releasing over 30 stars across Raw, SmackDown and NXT, and several more departing at the end of their contracts.
TNA Wrestling has been one of the biggest beneficiaries of these WWE releases, with the promotion welcoming the likes of Joseph Sawyer (Joe Gacy), Samuel Shaw (Dexter Lumis) & Zoey Serrano (Zoey Stark) to the company in recent months.
Looking at who else is available, here are three more former WWE stars that could potentially sign with TNA Wrestling:
The Creed Brothers
The most recent WWE departures on this list, Julius and Brutus Creed were removed from the active WWE roster page on Friday, November 6, with it later being reported that the pair had indeed exited the company.
The Creed Brothers were tipped to be future stars on WWE’s main roster back when they were cutting their teeth in NXT, but once they did arrive on Raw, things never quite worked out for them.
Despite possessing incredible athletic ability, The Creeds struggled to connect with the main roster audience both as babyfaces and heels and their final matches in WWE came back in NXT, as they reached the quarterfinals of the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
While they had shortcomings from a character standpoint, they are both still young enough to revive their careers away from WWE and potentially eventually return later down the line. TNA would make for a perfect next step for The Creeds, as the company’s tag team division has received a lot of attention in recent months.
Sheamus
If we’re talking about career accolades, there is nobody else on the free agent market that matches Sheamus.
A former four-time WWE World Champion, Royal Rumble winner, Money in the Bank winner, King of the Ring, three-time United States Champion, five-time Tag Team Champion; Sheamus had done almost everything there is to do in WWE by the time he exited the company officially in October.
Now that he’s a free agent and appearing to be in incredible physical shape, fans are awaiting him showing up in AEW or potentially event TNA; two promotions that reportedly have/had interest in bringing him in.
AEW reportedly doesn’t have “huge urgency” to sign Sheamus, so perhaps it will be TNA that strikes first and convinces “The Celtic Warrior” to cross the line.
Erick Redbeard
In late September we saw the TNA debut of the Syx tag team, comprised of former Wyatt Sicks members Joseph Sawyer and Samuel Shaw.
Sawyer and Shaw’s arrival in TNA immediately got people talking about the rest of the members of the Wyatt Sicks following suit, and we saw a glimpse of that when Erick Redbeard (Erick Rowan) made a cameo at Bound for Glory to help his former stablemates defeat The Hardys.
Redbeard is not listed on the TNA roster page, so it appears he has not signed a deal with the company unlike Shaw and Sawyer, but it certainly seems like something we could see happen in the future.
