The WWE Women’s Championship and Women’s World Championship are the two most prestigious championships up for grabs in the company’s women’s division.
With Chelsea Green becoming a first-time world champion after winning the interim WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam, we could soon see more female stars win their first world title in WWE.
From rising stars to main roster mainstays, several stars looked lined up to win one of WWE’s top prizes in the coming months or years.
Here are five women who could soon become world champion.
Lola Vice
Lola Vice made her Raw in-ring debut on this week’s (September 14) episode, defeating Raquel Rodriguez and Kelani Jordan in a Money in the Bank qualifying match.
If she is victorious in the October 10 ladder match, she will earn a shot at a championship of her choosing, at a time of her choosing.
Following her NXT Women’s Championship reign, Underground match win streak, and besting the current NXT Women’s and WWE Women’s Intercontinental titleholders in three-way action, it’s clear that WWE sees potential in Lola Vice as a future main-eventer.
Following the likes of Oba Femi, Trick Williams, and even some other people on this list receiving significant pushes following their main roster call-ups this year, we could be about to see Lola Vice shot to the moon.
Jacy Jayne
Fatal Influence have taken the SmackDown women’s division by storm since their arrival in April, with Fallon Henley and Lainey Reed holding the Women’s Tag Team Championship, and Jacy Jayne reigning with the Women’s US Title.
With Jayne presented as a top singles competitor, it feels inevitable that she will eventually be in the WWE Women’s Championship picture.
Jayne has scored huge singles victories over a number of former women’s champions since joining SmackDown, including Charlotte Flair, Tiffany Stratton, and Paige, the latter of whom she defended her Women’s US Title against on the August 28 episode.
With current WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer notably being the star who Jayne defeated for the NXT Women’s Title in May 2025, Jacy Jayne is more than worthy of challenging for the company’s most prestigious titles.
Roxanne Perez
During the September 12 non-televised house show in Santiago, Chile, Stephanie Vaquer defeated Liv Morgan to win the Women’s World Championship.
With Liv Morgan no longer holding Raw’s top women’s title, it would make sense to see Roxanne Perez bring the world championship back to the Judgment Day.
Roxanne Perez is currently involved in the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship scene, and will challenge for the gold at Worlds Collide, but could pull a Dominik Mysterio and compete for gold across Raw and AAA in the coming months.
With The Prodigy wrestling as Liv Morgan’s protege, it would be an interesting turn of events to see Perez holding gold while her mentor remains empty-handed.
Lash Legend
WWE has presented Lash Legend as a star since her main roster arrival, with her first match as an official SmackDown star being the women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series 2025.
With Nia Jax taking Legend under the wing and the duo previously reigning with the Women’s Tag Team Championship, the former WNBA player could be about to stretch her own wings as a singles champion.
With the Irresistible Forces defeating WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green in tag-team action on August 28, and Nia Jax unsuccessfully challenging for Green’s title on September 11, it may be time for Lash Legend to step up to the plate and win her first singles title in WWE.
Sol Ruca
In addition to Lola Vice, Sol Ruca is also set to compete in the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, having defeated Lyra Valkyria and Maxxine Dupri in their qualifier on the September 7 Raw episode.
With Ruca’s previous Women’s Intercontinental Championship success and high-flying style, many are predicting that she will ultimately be victorious on October 10.
The former NXT Women’s North American Champion has received a considerable push since arriving on the main roster in April, with her first match on Raw being against then-WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan.
With Ruca possibly soon holding an opportunity to challenge for a women’s world championship at a time of her choosing, it’d be a full-circle moment to see her main roster rookie year end with her holding up the division’s top prize.
