AEW presents its annual All Out pay-per-view today.
The stacked card features a six-man bout pitting The Hurt Syndicate against Ricochet and the Gates of Agony, in what promises to be a physical clash between the feuding factions.
The big question is whether a new member could emerge to join Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin and MVP.
Here are seven potential new members for the Hurt Syndicate who could join the group at AEW All Out.
7. MJF

One of the bigger storylines of the year in AEW saw MJF join The Hurt Syndicate.
The angle was over with fans but dropped out of nowhere, with MJF quickly booted from the group.
With the loose ends never tied up, could we see MJF reunite with the faction at All Out – perhaps even replacing Bobby Lashley, leading to a full babyface turn for Lashley?
This appears unlikely, but an eventual feud between MJF and Lashley remains a possibility.

6. Eddie Kingston

Eddie Kingston is set to return to action at All Out, answering the challenge of Big Bill.
The 43-year-old has not wrestled – or even been seen on AEW programming – since May 2024, after suffering a broken leg along with torn ACL and meniscus in a New Japan match against Gabe Kidd.
Could Kingston align with The Hurt Syndicate upon his return?
In storyline terms it feels a long shot, but it would certainly shock the AEW fanbase if it happened.

5. Keith Lee

Keith Lee has not appeared on AEW programming since December 2023, sidelined at the time with an undisclosed medical issue.
More recently, however, the 40-year-old took to social media to reassure fans that a “return to the ring will happen” – though he declined to say how or when.
A comeback at All Out aligning with The Hurt Syndicate would immediately thrust him back into the spotlight in AEW.
Moreover, Lee is a super-talented in-ring worker who exudes charisma, and his addition would significantly strengthen the group.

4. Athena

Athena has been absent from AEW programming since failing to capture the AEW Women’s World Championship from Toni Storm at Forbidden Door last month.
She returned to Ring of Honor, where the 37-year-old continued her impressive run with a standout main event against Mina Shirakawa at Death Before Dishonor.
As strong an in-ring worker as Athena is, she could benefit from a mouthpiece – something an alliance with MVP and The Hurt Syndicate would provide.
AEW’s fanbase already views Athena as a star, so a full-time move from ROH to AEW feels overdue – and All Out could be the moment it finally happens.

3. Private Party

Private Party have been absent from AEW programming since January, when they dropped the AEW World Tag Team Championship to The Hurt Syndicate’s Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin.
Last month, Fightful reported that MVP had been rubbing people the wrong way backstage by voicing his reluctance to have the Syndicate drop the belts to certain teams – but one team he was reportedly willing to drop them to was Private Party.
It appears MVP has an affinity for the duo.
Could we see Private Party make their return at All Out and reinvent themselves by joining The Hurt Syndicate?

2. Jay Lethal

Jay Lethal has recently slipped far down the AEW pecking order.
Once a regular on Dynamite, the last year has seen him appear only sporadically on Collision and mostly on the little-watched weekly Ring of Honor show – even relegated to the pre-show of the last two ROH pay-per-views.
Despite this deemphasis, the 40-year-old remains a standout in-ring worker.
In storyline terms, his frustration at being sidelined could lead him to align with MVP and The Hurt Syndicate – a move that would significantly strengthen the faction in in-ring terms.

1. Satnam Singh

During MVP’s last run with WWE, after the breakup of the original Hurt Business, he aligned himself with Omos as the manager of the 7’3″ giant.
Could MVP look to recruit another giant athlete?
The 7’2″ Satnam Singh remains in a faction alongside Jay Lethal in AEW, but like his partner is rarely used outside of ROH’s weekly HonorClub show.
Placing Singh in The Hurt Syndicate would give him renewed emphasis and opportunity to change his character – with MVP as the effective mouthpiece to get him over as a devastating monster.
