AEW Double or Nothing is now officially in the books.

The company now shifts its focus to its biggest event of the year – its first-ever stadium show in the US, All In Texas taking place at Globe Life Field in Arlington.

Two matches are already confirmed, with Owen Hart Foundation Cup winners Mercedes Moné and Hangman Page set to challenge Toni Storm and Jon Moxley for their respective world titles.

Here are our predictions for the other matches that could round out the July 12 card.

8. Darby Allin vs. Claudio Castagnoli

AEW stars Darby Allin and Claudio Castagnoli

In January, Darby Allin took an extended hiatus from AEW to attempt to climb Mount Everest – an incredible achievement the 32-year-old recently completed.

He’s expected to return in time for AEW’s biggest show of the year, but currently lacks a clear match on the All In card.

When he left, Darby was embroiled in the early stages of the Death Riders storyline, with hints he could be the one to eventually dethrone Jon Moxley for the AEW Title – although that role now appears to belong to Hangman Page.

Still, Allin has unresolved business: having lost twice to Claudio Castagnoli before leaving, a return win over a Death Rider would set the stage for a final showdown with Moxley, whether for the AEW Championship or not.

7. MJF vs. Bobby Lashley

AEW stars the Hurt Syndicate with MJF

After weeks of trying, MJF finally earned a spot in the Hurt Syndicate faction on Dynamite on May 21.

Friction was already starting to show just four days later at Double or Nothing.

During the tag team championship match with The Hurt Syndicate defending their titles against The Sons of Texas, Lashley refused to use the Dynamite Diamond Ring to secure the win, much to MJF’s chagrin.

A split looks imminent — and a blockbuster bout between MJF and Lashley at All In feels all but locked in.

6. Will Ospreay vs. Swerve Strickland

Losing in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament final against Hangman Page, Ospreay has been left without clear direction going into All In in July.

As one of the biggest stars in the company, he’s clearly heading for a major match at the stadium show.

Another wrestler coming out of Double or Nothing with no set path is Swerve Strickland.

Given Swerve beat Ospreay at last year’s Forbidden Door – in one of the most celebrated matches of 2024 – the British performer could call for a rematch with the number one contendership for the AEW Championship on the line for August’s Forbidden Door PPV, which takes place in London.

5. Adam Copeland & Daniel Garcia vs. FTR

At Dynasty, AEW’s April PPV, Adam Copeland was stretchered out after a brutal attack by his former trios partners, FTR.

He hasn’t been seen since, with a storyline injury keeping him off television.

In the interim, Daniel Garcia has carried on the feud, teaming with Nigel McGuinness in a losing effort against FTR at Double or Nothing.

Copeland is sure to return in time for AEW’s biggest show of the year –  whether he joins forces with Garcia or perhaps someone else, remains to be seen, however.

4. Gabe Kidd vs. Mark Briscoe

As widely expected given his recent appearances on AEW programming, New Japan star Gabe Kidd got involved in the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing.

More unexpected was Mark Briscoe’s involvement, especially after competing earlier in the night in a bloody stretcher match against Ricochet.

Given their clash during the bout, a singles match between the two now seems likely.

A win for British standout Kidd at All In could set up a massive rematch with Kenny Omega — following one of the most critically acclaimed matches of the year at Wrestle Kingdom in January – at AEW’s return to the UK, the Forbidden Door PPV in August.

3. Adam Cole vs. Kyle Fletcher

At Double or Nothing, the Don Callis Family scored a victory in trios action over the Paragon team.

It was Kyle Fletcher who secured the pinfall for his side.

Despite not pinning TNT Champion Adam Cole, the win appears to launch Fletcher into immediate title contention.

We could expect to see Cole vs Fletcher at All In, with the uber-talented Australian potentially capturing his first singles title under the AEW banner.

2. Komander vs. Bandido

Luchadores Bandido and Komander teamed up on the Double or Nothing Buy-In show, joining AR Fox and Hologram to defeat Trent Beretta, Rocky Romero, Lio Rush, and Action Andretti.

Bandido is the current ROH World Champion, while former ROH World Television Champion Komander continues to prove himself as one of AEW’s most stellar in-ring talents.

With All In taking place in Texas some lucha libre representation seems absolutely inevitable.

1. Kenny Omega vs. Kazuchika Okada

When Kazuchika Okada signed with AEW last year, it seemed inevitable we’d see another chapter in what’s been hailed by many as the greatest in-ring feud of the modern era with Kenny Omega.

In New Japan Pro-Wrestling, their four-match series lit up the wrestling world — with Omega winning two, Okada one, and one ending in a draw.

Seeds for the rematch were planted during the multi-man match on Dynamite on 30 April, which hinted at International Champion Omega facing Continental Champion Okada.

This is the biggest match AEW could put on at their biggest show of the year — and what could make it even bigger is it being title for title.
