2025 has seen a lot of roster turnover in regards to WWE talent debuting and moving over to Friday Night SmackDown.
Whether it be debuting stars like Rey Fenix, competitors coming over from Raw like Damian Priest, or main roster call-ups like Giulia, the blue brand looks much different from top to bottom this year.
There are still plenty more stars who could join SmackDown over the next few weeks and months to come.
Here are eight new WWE stars to potentially join SmackDown.
8. Lash Legend
At WWE Evolution 2025, Lash Legend had a breakout performance during the Battle Royal to determine who will get a world title shot at Clash In Paris.
Eliminating the most competitors during the bout, Legend showcased her improvement in the ring and lasted to the final two in the match before being eliminated by the eventual winner Stephanie Vaquer.
After this showing, it has become clear that Legend probably belongs on the WWE main roster where SmackDown feels like a place she can shine.
With her impressive size and strength, “The Boujee Bully” could stand out from the pack immediately over on the blue brand.

7. Lola Vice
Another WWE NXT star who was able to excel in the Battle Royal at Evolution 2025 was Lola Vice.
Since being signed to WWE in 2022, the former MMA fighter has been able to display massive growth in her in-ring ability and confidence as an overall performer.
After three years over on the NXT brand, Vice has showcased a ton of charisma that should allow her to flourish as a character on the main roster.
Over on SmackDown, Lola could be someone who can join the mix in the WWE Women’s United States Championship scene from day one.

6. Sol Ruca
While she was not involved in the Battle Royal, Sol Ruca is another WWE NXT star who was able to have a strong showing at Evolution 2025.
Teaming with ZARIA, Ruca showed the main roster audience what she has to offer with her amazing high flying ability and the stunning Sol Snatcher finisher.
Fully showing off her durability, Sol wrestled three matches in three days on Friday Night SmackDown, NXT The Great American Bash and WWE Evolution 2025.
Now reigning as a double champion holding both the WWE Speed Championship and NXT Women’s North American Championship, it is clear that Ruca has everything it takes to be a major star in the SmackDown women’s division.

5. Tony D’Angelo
On the July 15 edition of WWE NXT, Tony D’Angelo defeated Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino in a three-way match.
Following this win, it seems that The D’Angelo Family has finally been put to bed and “The Don of NXT” can move on with his career.
With no one holding him down or having his back, D’Angelo could truly start anew by moving up to the WWE main roster.
After holding nearly every title and accolade on the brand outside of the NXT Championship, Tony D getting called up to Friday Night SmackDown could signal a new beginning where he could become a rising star for the brand.

4. El Hijo del Vikingo
When WWE announced their acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA, El Hijo del Vikingo stood front and center as one of the faces of the Mexican promotion.
Then at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide, Vikingo defeated Chad Gable to retain the AAA Mega Championship in the main event.
It has become clear that Vikingo is being positioned as the next great luchador in the pro wrestling business and could further that by signing with SmackDown.
Putting him on the blue brand would help Vikingo further get familiar to the WWE audience and help to establish AAA’s place within the company.

3. Jordynne Grace
Ever since she appeared in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble Match, Jordynne Grace looked to be someone who would fit in very nicely on the WWE main roster.
In January, the former three-time TNA Knockouts World Champion signed with WWE and immediately became a top star for the NXT brand.
Grace has a tremendous amount of strength, speed, precision and an exceptional physique that should open the eyes of fans to what makes an absolute star to the wider WWE audience.
Joining Friday Night SmackDown, it shouldn’t take Jordynne a lot of time before she is in the upper echelon of the brand’s women’s division with the likes of Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair.

2. Trick Williams
When Trick Williams made a brief appearance on Friday Night SmackDown in 2024, he received one of the biggest pops a NXT talent has gotten in a long time.
Becoming one of the brand’s most popular stars, Williams took his career to new heights when he reached the apex as a two-time NXT Champion.
Now that he has turned his back on the fans, Trick once again sits atop of another brand, holding the TNA World Championship.
After proving himself to be a top star in two different brands, it is pretty clear that Trick is ready for the limelight of the WWE main roster and would be a wonderful addition to Friday Night SmackDown where the possibilities are endless, especially with his former friend Carmelo Hayes on the show.

Winning his first singles title in WWE just one month after his debut, Saints has proven himself to be someone who will be a major star on the main roster in the near future.
After failing to regain the NXT North American Championship from Ethan Page at The Great American Bash, it might be time for Ricky to make the move up to the main roster where SmackDown would be the right spot for him.
Joining his real life friend and former AEW cohort Cody Rhodes on the blue brand, Saints could instantly be in the top mix and be viewed as a star on the rise from the moment he debuts on SmackDown.
