Coming off the heels of WWE SummerSlam 2025, SmackDown could look a lot of different due to everything that changed over the two-night premium live event.
There could also be some brand new signings coming to the brand in the coming weeks and months whether it be from Monday Night Raw or NXT.
These new stars will do a lot to forever change the landscape of the blue brand moving forward that shifts the dynamics.
Here are seven potential new WWE SmackDown signings.
7. Lola Vice

Looking at the NXT roster, Lola Vice is someone who has proven herself over and over against a litany of talent.
With her MMA background and undeniable charisma, Lola has showcased what has allowed her to stand out from the pack of talent in the NXT women’s division.
Feeling more than ready for the main roster spotlight, Vice could be a wonderful addition to the SmackDown brand right now.
Whether it be on her own or even potentially forming a new tag team with someone like Zelina Vega, there is a lot of different possibilities for Lola to shine over on WWE SmackDown down the line.

6. Tony D’Angelo

On the July 29 episode of WWE NXT, Tony D’Angelo was seen having dinner at his restaurant when a dark shadow came to see him before the show faded to black.
This may have signaled the end of D’Angelo’s time on NXT after a four year run with the brand.
The former NXT North American Champion has accomplished pretty much everything available to him during his time on the brand and seems ready for the opportunity to debut on the WWE main roster.
Tony D would be an excellent addition to the WWE SmackDown men’s division that could add further depth to the brand that truly needs it.

5. Lash Legend

At WWE Evolution 2025, Lash Legend was a standout from the NXT brand during the number one contenders battle royal.
Eliminating both Nia Jax and Nikki Bella during the match, Legend was able to showcase herself as the powerhouse unlike anyone else on the roster right now.
With Jax recently coming down to the NXT brand to get some revenge, this could lead to Legend returning the favor and coming up to the SmackDown brand.
Legend signing with SmackDown would give her an even bigger spotlight than she has been afforded on WWE NXT over the past four years.

1. Jey Uso

While most of the options on this list comes from the WWE NXT brand, there are also stars who could make the jump from Monday Night Raw to Friday Night SmackDown.
After winning the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble and World Heavyweight Championship, it might be the right time for Jey Uso to have a change of pace.
Uso has been one of the top babyfaces on WWE Raw for the past several years, but now the brand has the likes of CM Punk and Roman Reigns taking up the main event scene.
Jey could be propelled to a higher spot on the card if he makes the move to WWE SmackDown where he could mix it up with the likes of Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton.
