WWE SmackDown has been in need of some changes to the roster to help freshen things up a bit.

While there could be some new stars arriving on the brand, there could also be several names who are leaving Friday nights to head to Monday Night Raw or WWE NXT.

From rising stars to main eventers, these stars leaving SmackDown will help to deliver some new matches and feuds that will reignite the energy and feel of the show.

Here are six WWE SmackDown stars to potentially leave the show.

6. Chelsea Green

Since returning to WWE in 2023, Chelsea Green has become one of the most undeniably entertaining characters in the company.

The inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion is someone who always maximizes her minutes and leaves an impression on the fans.

Green moving back to Monday Night Raw could see her elevated up the card to become one of the top heels in the women’s division.

With top babyfaces like Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY on the brand, Green could step in to play a crucial role bouncing off the popular names over on WWE Raw.

5. Nia Jax

Nia Jax moved from Monday Night Raw to Friday Night SmackDown in the WWE Draft 2024.

Since then, Jax has established herself as one of the top heels on the SmackDown women’s division over the past two years.

However, the former WWE Women’s Champion feels like she has pretty much done everything she can on the blue brand.

Jax heading back to WWE Raw could provide a new foil for someone like Stephanie Vaquer that would help further solidify her as a top star in the company.

4. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)

Street Profits have found themselves down on their luck as of late after losing the WWE Tag Team Championships to The Wyatt Sicks earlier this year.

Their pursuit to regain the titles has fallen short, leaving the Profits without a means to get another opportunity at their gold.

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins are one of the best tag teams in all of WWE and could help to revive a struggling Raw tag team division.

Now that AJ Styles and Dragon Lee are World Tag Team Champions on Raw, it feels like a perfect time for Street Profits to move back to the red brand where they could match up very well with several different teams.

3. Rey Fenix

Since arriving in WWE back in April 2025, Rey Fenix has impressed fans with his spectacular high flying ability and underrated charisma.

Exciting fans with some stellar in-ring performances, Fenix has made a name for himself, but he has been unable to gain true momentum on Friday Night SmackDown.

Ever since signing with WWE, fans have wondered when the company could potentially reunite Fenix with his brother Penta.

Moving Fenix to Monday Night Raw could see Lucha Bros taking the tag team scene by storm with some sensational matches against the likes of The New Day and The Judgment Day.

2. Charlotte Flair

When Charlotte Flair returned to WWE in early 2025, many fans believed it would only be a matter of time before “The Queen” won one of the world titles on Raw or SmackDown.

However, Flair came up short against Tiffany Stratton at WrestleMania 41 after winning the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

Despite failing to win singles gold, Flair formed an unlikely alliance with Alexa Bliss that led to the two women defeating The Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam 2025.

When the duo finally lose their gold, fans could see Charlotte return to Monday Night Raw alone to do battle with all the high level talent in their women’s division.

1. Tiffany Stratton

Since getting called up from NXT to the main roster, Tiffany Stratton has been one of the mainstays of the SmackDown women’s division.

The current WWE Women’s Champion has been at the top of the women’s scene since cashing in the Money In The Bank contract on Nia Jax to win the gold in January 2025.

With Jade Cargill freshly turned heel and challenging her for the title at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, fans could see Stratton losing her gold after a 10-month reign.

Stratton losing her title and then moving to Raw could see her try to avenge her Crown Jewel loss to Stephanie Vaquer or have her rekindle her NXT rivalry with Becky Lynch over the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title.
