AEW’s next PPV, WrestleDream, is set to take place on Saturday, October 18 2025, at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis.
So far, just one bout has been announced for the show: an “I Quit” match between Darby Allin and Jon Moxley.
Aside from this continuing blood rivalry, there are plenty of matches still to be set up over the coming weeks of AEW programming.
Here are six more matches potentially set to be added to AEW WrestleDream 2025
6. AEW Women’s World Championship – Kris Statlander (c) vs. Toni Storm
At All Out, Kris Statlander captured the AEW Women’s World Championship for the first time.
Her victory in the four-way, defeating champion Toni Storm, was arguably the biggest upset in the history of the division.
At the post-show scrum, Statlander made clear she wants to face Storm one-on-one — something that has yet to happen.
With Storm still the biggest women’s star in the company, it feels likely she’ll get an immediate rematch at WrestleDream.

5. The Young Bucks vs. Jurassic Express (Jack Perry & Luchasaurus)
Another surprise at AEW’s All Out was the return of Jack Perry.
Perry reassumed his Jungle Boy persona, realigned with Luchasaurus, and reformed Jurassic Express — turning on The Young Bucks in the process.
It looks like we’re set to revisit a rivalry that defined the early years of AEW’s tag team division.
While a Bucks vs. Jurassic Express match seems certain for WrestleDream, could the tag team champions Bandido and Brody King also be added to make it a three-way?

4. AEW World Trios Championships – The Opps (c) vs. Death Riders
For months, Trios Champions The Opps and The Death Riders have been locked in a heated and violent feud on AEW programming.
On the 24 September Dynamite, Powerhouse Hobbs faced Claudio Castagnoli in singles action, with Castagnoli scoring the win thanks to interference from the recently returned PAC.
The rivalry continues on the Dynamite 6th Anniversary show, with Samoa Joe and Hobbs teaming with Hangman Page against Moxley, Castagnoli and Daniel Garcia.
With the feud continuing, it seems certain the two sides will soon collide over the Trios Titles — and WrestleDream looks the most obvious stage.

3. COPE & Christian Cage vs. FTR
All Out saw the AEW debut of Beth Phoenix, who appeared after Cope and Christian defeated FTR.
Celebrating with her real-life husband, COPE, she was attacked and laid out with a spiked piledriver by the super-heel duo.
The angle made clear that the feud between the two teams is far from finished and a rematch is almost certain for WrestleDream.
The real question now is what stipulation could be violent enough to settle this very personal feud.

2. AEW Unified Championship – Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Konosuke Takeshita
At All Out, few were surprised when the three-way for the Unified Title between Kazuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshita and Mascara Dorada turned out to be an absolute banger.
The match not only delivered in-ring but also advanced the simmering tension between Callis Family stablemates Okada and Takeshita.
It now looks increasingly likely that Takeshita will soon break away from the faction, feud with Okada, and emerge as one of AEW’s top babyfaces.
A singles clash between the two appears more likely than not for AEW’s WrestleDream.

1. AEW World Championship – Hangman Adam Page (c) vs. Gabe Kidd
Right now there are few hints as to who Hangman Page’s next challenger for the AEW World Title might be.
MJF has a contract for a shot but seemed to write himself out of storylines in a pre-taped segment on the 24 September Dynamite.
On the 6th Anniversary episode of Dynamite, Page teams with Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs against the Death Riders’ Moxley, Castagnoli and Garcia.
That match could well see Death Rider Gabe Kidd interfere and attack Page, setting up a title clash at WrestleDream.
