On Saturday, March 7, WWE NXT will present its first premium live event of the year with the Vengeance Day 2026 show.

The company has already announced four matches for its next PLE lineup, including Joe Hendry defending the NXT Championship against Ricky Saints.

WWE could still announce even more bouts with all the ongoing storylines and feuds currently going on with the NXT brand.

Here are six potential matches to be added to WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026.

6. Tony D’Angelo vs. Dion Lennox

Back at WWE NXT Deadline 2025, Tony D’Angelo made his return to the company after nearly six months away.

After weeks of attacks on various stars on the NXT roster, D’Angelo then revealed that his first mission for his return is to take everything from DarkState.

On the February 24 episode of WWE NXT, Tony D cost DarkState the NXT Tag Team Championship to The Vanity Project.

Now after making sure they lost the tag title, it feels like D’Angelo could face off with DarkState’s leader Dion Lennox at WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026.

5. Fallon Henley (c) vs. Thea Hail – WWE Speed Women’s Championship

WWE NXT General Manager Robert Stone recently announced a WWE Speed Women’s Championship #1 Contenders Tournament.

On the February 24 episode of WWE NXT, Thea Hail picked up a second straight victory over Blake Monroe to move on in the tournament.

With one more win, Hail could be on her way to challenging Fallon Henley for the WWE Speed Women’s Championship.

Hail vs. Henley would give both ladies a spotlight at the WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026 premium live event in Orlando.

4. Elio LeFleur (c) vs. Eli Knight – WWE Speed Championship

On the February 24 edition of NXT, Elio LeFleur defeated Jasper Troy and Eli Knight to win the WWE Speed Championship.

The week prior, LeFleur and Knight went to a time limit draw during their WWE Speed Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Final.

After not being pinned during the triple threat on last week’s NXT, Knight should have a right to get another title shot against LeFleur.

LeFleur and Knight clashing over the WWE Speed Championship could be a potential showstealing bout at the NXT Vengeance Day 2026 premium live event.

Another new champion that has been crowned recently was The Vanity Project’s Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes who won the NXT Tag Team Championship from DarkState on the February 24 edition of WWE NXT.

Backstage following the win, The Vanity Project got into it with Shiloh Hill, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger.

Since officially becoming part of the NXT roster, The Vanity Project and Hank & Tank have not seen eye-to-eye and have done battle a few times.

Hank & Tank challenging The Vanity Project for the NXT Tag Team Championship would be interesting to watch unfold at the WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026 show on March 7.

2. Myles Borne (c) vs. Ethan Page – NXT North American Championship

After months of chasing after the title, Myles Borne defeated Ethan Page to win the NXT North American Championship on the February 24 episode of WWE NXT.

Ending Page’s record-breaking run as champion, Borne captured his first title in WWE and celebrated with his mother in the front row.

After losing the gold following a 273-day reign, Page could look to get his rematch for the North American Title sooner rather than later.

‘All Ego’ could be in the challenger position for the first time in a while if he faces Borne for the NXT North American Championship at WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026.

Jacy Jayne (c) vs. Zaria vs. Sol Ruca – NXT Women’s Championship

The March 3 episode of WWE NXT will see Jacy Jayne defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Zaria.

This comes just one week after Zaria turned on Sol Ruca and cost her the NXT Women’s Championship against Jayne.

This latest title match could lead to Ruca getting involved wanting revenge on both women, which may lead to a three-way bout for the WWE NXT Vengeance Day 2026 premium live event.

Jayne defending the gold against Zaria and Ruca would be a great way to further this ongoing title picture at the March 7 PLE.
