With WWE Survivor Series 2025 fast approaching at San Diego Padre’s stadium, Petco Park on Saturday November 29, there could be some last-minute changes.
From matches that might be added to stars that might return and cause a shake-up at the big event, there are some interesting changes that could still be revealed before or during the event.
Here are five last minute changes to WWE Survivor Series 2025.
5. Tiffany Stratton Returns

While Tiffany Stratton hasn’t been seen since her loss to Jade Cargill at SummerSlam 2025, it could be time for her to make a big return.
Possibly switching brands as to shake-up the competition, it could be that Stratton doesn’t return in chase after her former title but instead in pursuit of an entirely different one.
Stratton could cement a certified character shift if she were to align with either one of the women’s WarGames teams — either Becky Lynch and the heels or Rhea Ripley and the babyface group at some point in the WarGames match.
Definitely able to make a big impact by switching brands, Stratton could usher in an entirely new era of Tiffy Time.

4. Another Match Added

While the WWE Survivor Series 2025 card currently only sits at four matches, it could be that there ends up being at least one more added before the event.
With several possibilities of an additional match to add, it seems to make the most sense to see a match from SmackDown.
After having had an impressive showing in the Last Time Is Now tournament to determine who would be the last to face John Cena, perhaps Carmelo Hayes could find himself in a match against Ilja Dragunov for the United States Championship on the PLE.
Elsewhere from SmackDown, Chelsea Green might be tapped to put her United States Championship on the line where she could defend against the likes of Michin, Kiana James or a re-match against Giulia.

3. WarGames Replacement

While the men’s and women’s WarGames teams are seemingly set for their two respective big bouts, it could always be that a change happens last minute.
With the possibility of an off-screen attack or even a blatant one in an attempt to serve as a replacement, we could end up seeing some kind of surprise twist ahead of the event.
Originally reported as a part of the babyface team, Jacob Fatu remains out of action after having dental surgery — an absence that was explained on TV by an off-screen attack.
Fatu could always make a return to reveal that he had suffered the attack at the hands someone unexpected (like Jimmy or Jey Uso) which could certainly shake up the teams.

2. Brie Bella Return Confirmed

WWE could shake things up ahead of WWE Survivor Series 2025 by announcing a big return in advance for a change.
While fans might assume that in the event Brie Bella does plan on returning to WWE one day, it would be kept a secret — it might be fun for Brie to resume her role as valet for Nikki.
Previously walking to the ring with Nikki ahead of her bout at WWE Evolution against Ronda Rousey, it could be that Brie Bella is pre-announced as just accompanying her twin to the ring.
However, unlikely to be able to resist a little dastardly interference it could be that the San Diego natives work together and use some twin magic to pull off the victory.

1. CM Punk Turns Heel On Roman Reigns

While it seems as though the stage has been set for Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk and Roman Reigns to factor into the WrestleMania 42 main events in some way — the exact configuration hasn’t been revealed.
However with reports that by the end of the Survivor Series event that more would be clear about the plans moving forward, it could be that the men’s WarGames match ends up proving pivotal.
With previous reports that Brock Lesnar is poised to challenge Cody Rhodes for his Undisputed WWE Championship at the event — it leaves behind Roman Reigns and CM Punk.
Possibly set to go either way, it would probably make the most sense for CM Punk to turn heel on Roman Reigns. Since Reigns has already made it clear that he blames Punk for Reigns’ falling out with Heyman — Punk’s character would likely be poised to strike first rather than let Roman Reigns get the better of him.
