With WWE Survivor Series 2025 fast approaching at the end of the month, there could be some big roster shifts coming soon.
Since the men’s and women’s WarGames match hosts plenty of opportunity for heel turns, there could be multiple character flips by the end of the last premium live event of 2025.
Here are five heel turns that could be coming at WWE Survivor Series 2025.
5. AJ Styles
While some criticized John Cena’s farewell tour heel turn — in the end, it allowed for moments that would have never otherwise been possible unless he had tapped into his dark side.
Similarly, it might make sense for AJ Styles to cut a more ruthless and vicious figure for a short time now before changing things up in the new year.
Possibly turning on his current tag team partner Dragon Lee in the event of their loss, it could be the more compelling route to see AJ Styles spend a spell as a heel — before rounding the bend in 2026 to retire as a babyface.
Setting up feuds with Dragon Lee, CM Punk, LA Knight or Sheamus before returning to his wholesome roots, Styles could be poised to have an incredible run ahead of the end of his current WWE contract.

4. Alexa Bliss
Since returning at the Royal Rumble 2025, the character of Alexa Bliss has primarily kept her emotional cards close to the vest.
While reportedly set to appear in the Survivor Series WarGames match, it could be that Bliss ends up the determining factor to tip the scales towards the heels winning the bout.
With their partnership having lasted far longer than reportedly was anticipated, it could be a very fun pivot to see Bliss and Flair have a rivalry against one another.
Squarely pitting Bliss as a heel in the dynamic, she should be the one to blindside Charlotte and betray her in such spectacular fashion that the momentum of the goodwill towards the 14x World Champion Flair.

3. IYO SKY
While it seems as though perhaps there could be a shake-up coming soon — perhaps it is entirely unexpected.
If IYO SKY was to depart WWE Raw and join forces with Giulia on WWE SmackDown, not only could they look to takeover the women’s tag team division — potentially setting them up for a future battle with Kabuki Warriors — but also IYO would have incredible new singles competition as well.
With SmackDown needing call-ups from NXT to round out their current women’s division, there could be brand new match-ups that were fun for fans.
Babyface ZARIA, Jordynne Grace or Charlotte Flair could end up becoming amazing foes for the heelish duo of IYO SKY and Giulia.

2. Jey Uso
A potential surprise heel turn in the Survivor Series WarGames match could be that of Jey Uso.
Teasing a slow heel turn over recent weeks, it might be that a loss in the Survivor Series WarGames match could prove to be the straw that breaks Uso’s back.
Potentially turning on CM Punk, LA Knight or even Roman Reigns after the bout (depending on the eventual configuration of the WarGames match), Uso could cement a new heel status moving into the end of 2025.
With numerous top stars vying for the role of top heel in WWE, it could be that Jey Uso’s unlikely heel turn creates a unique new set of anti-heroes. With the likes of Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu being fan favorites who are also willing to resort to spectacular violence — a brand new iteration of the Bloodline could be poised to come together.

1. LA Knight
Another potentially beleaguered babyface that could make the choice to turn heel at Survivor Series 2025 is LA Knight.
With a legitimate bone to pick regarding his lack of opportunities on WWE Raw, perhaps ‘The Megastar’ is sick of waiting his turn.
Rather than continue to trudge along as a jovial babyface, Knight could turn on CM Punk specifically in the WarGames match to set the tone for the future.
Able to move forward into an emotionally evocative storyline based in reality regarding Knight’s potential rise being halted by sudden return of Punk — there could be some serious ground to cover between the two brand new rivals.
