On August 31, WWE returns to France, hosting a Premium Live Event in the country for the second consecutive year with Clash in Paris.
The show promises to be a true spectacle, fueled by a raucous French crowd—and it also seems likely we’ll see some WWE debuts on the night.
Here are five potential debuts we could see at WWE Clash in Paris 2025.
5. Aigle Blanc

When WWE shut down its NXT UK brand in 2022, the company announced plans to relaunch as NXT Europe. Three years later, fans are still waiting for that to happen.
However, it could be on the horizon: in May, WWE held European tryouts for wrestlers, and one standout from the camp who WWE reportedly intended to sign was 26-year-old French indie wrestler Aigle Blanc.
Masked wrestler Aigle Blanc has been making a name for himself in Japan’s historic All Japan Pro Wrestling, as well as top European indies like WXW and Progress Wrestling.
Bringing Aigle Blanc out in front of his home crowd in France and announcing the immediate launch of NXT Europe seems like a distinct possibility at Clash in Paris.

4. Ethan Page

NXT programming has recently seen the pairing of main roster star Chelsea Green and fellow Canadian Ethan Page.
At NXT’s recent Heatwave PLE, the pair teamed up in a mixed tag match, defeating Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steele.
This week WrestleVotes reported that WWE has interest in pairing them together as a Canadian faction on the main roster, as their chemistry has “impressed many.”
It’s possible we could see the duo make an appearance at Clash in Paris, marking a WWE main roster debut for Ethan Page.

3. Mike D Vecchio

Another indie wrestler who attended WWE’s European tryouts alongside Aigle Blanc was Mike D Vecchio.
The 29-year-old Belgian has proven himself one of the most impressive and exciting workers on the indies over the past year, delivering standout performances in the UK with Progress, the US in GCW, and Europe in wXw, as well as having an impressive run in this year’s Champion Carnival tournament in All Japan Pro Wrestling.
It was reported by Fightful in May that WWE intended to sign D Vecchio, and his imminent move to WWE was all but confirmed when he dropped the Progress Atlas Championship on August 25 to Gene Munny, with the promotion stating it was his final bout with them.
At Clash in Paris, we may very well see Mike D Vecchio alongside Aigle Blanc in the crowd, officially announcing their signings with WWE.

2. Zozaya

As AEW held their Forbidden Door PPV in London last week, their British partner promotion, RevPro, celebrated their 13th anniversary the day before with a show that featured an outstanding bout between British grappling ace and NJPW World Heavyweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. and 23-year-old Spanish indie wrestler Zozaya.
Since his debut with the UK’s top promotion last year, Zozaya has continued to impress with his ultra-slick technical wrestling skills.
After the match, he delivered a tearful promo announcing his departure from the promotion.
A supremely talented wrestler, Zozaya is also reportedly headed to WWE, and it’s perhaps likely we’ll see the European star introduced to the crowd at Clash in Paris.

1. Charlie Dempsey

Charlie Dempsey’s faction, the No Quarter Catch Crew, was recently dissolved on NXT programming following a standout bout with his former partner Tavion Heights.
Dempsey’s storyline loose ends are now tied up on WWE’s developmental brand.
The 28-year-old son of William Regal is an incredibly talented in-ring technician—a polished worker who is more than ready for WWE’s main roster.
With his European heritage, could we see him make his debut at Clash in Paris?
