At the time of this writing, Stephanie McMahon has just been appointed as the interim CEO & Chairwoman of World Wrestling Entertainment.
As this is a developing story there is going a lot of speculation as we try to explore a WWE after Vince McMahon, under the leadership of his daughter Stephanie McMahon.
Of course, a new head of the company does not mean that WWE is going to receive a complete overhaul – especially since this is only on an interim basis for now.
However, after 50 years with Vince McMahon on top, there is a real chance to implement some changes.
What is WWE going to look like after Mr. McMahon?
10. Completely Changing Creative

As for now, WWE did release a public statement that also included the information that Vince McMahon is going to continue working on his role at WWE creative. For now.
Whatever may come in the upcoming days, if Mr. McMahon decides to leave completely, there might a real chance for Stephanie McMahon to revolutionize WWE creative.
Stephanie first started out working at WWE as part of the creative department and therefore does have experience in the area.
Alongside her husband Triple H, who installed a very different way of booking wrestling shows with his version of NXT, this could lead to a new dawn of WWE’s creative decisions.
9. Reinstallment Of The Brand Split

In recent months WWE began to loosen the brand split. All with title unifications and WWE talent appearing on both shows sporadically.
Stephanie McMahon has the chance to course-correct as the new direction for Raw and SmackDown does not seem to impress everyone.
Also, it comes with bigger company risk as the current World Champion, Roman Reigns, has chosen to work fewer dates.
As the chairwoman and CEO of WWE she must do what is best for the company, such as working on not supplying their audience with talent they want to say is a big problem.
The reinstallment of the brand split along with boosting up both rosters is going to help in the long run to deal with injuries and absences better.
8. Even More Brand Integration

In recent years Stephanie McMahon worked as the Chief Brand Officer of the company.
In 2021 WWE began to make use of the so-called ‘brand to brand integration‘.
Mr. McMahon’s daughter spearheaded this, alongside WWE President Nick Khan, who is reportedly not involved in the investigation running against McMahon.
Expect more Zombie Matches, Pizza promotions, and everything in between with her on top.
7. Even More Focus On Charity, That Matches With Company Policies

Sadly the reasons that caused Vince McMahon to, at least temporarily, for now, involve serious allegations.
In his pipebomb, in 2011, CM Punk already addressed bullying in WWE. Since then reports of negative backstage encounters in WWE have made the rounds oftentimes.
WWE does a lot of charity and maybe it is time WWE becomes transparent about its own company policies.
With Stephanie McMahon, WWE could have a chance to make installments to ultimately create a safe work environment that employees can trust.
6. Setting WWE Up For The Future

In 2022 society is a lot more aware of how global companies like WWE operate.
The deal with Saudi Arabia for example has not been met with overall joy by fans and talent alike.
The deal even was criticized on national television on John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight.
Also, WWE, a company that is on the road for almost the entire year, needs to put a focus on its yearly emissions in order to tackle climate change.
There are a lot of topics to address for Stephanie McMahon that are going to set them up for the future.
5. Create A Better Work Environment

With John Laurinaitis as Head of WWE Talent Relations, a lot of negative information has been shared over the years.
Laurinaitis is also involved in the current allegations involving Vince McMahon.
Stephanie McMahon could set up a new way of running Talent Relations and therefore create a better and more up-to-date working environment.
Make ‘walking-on-eggshells’ a thing of the past and treat every talent, man or woman, with respect. That is a change that needs to happen.
4. Different Hiring Process

With NIL (Next In Line) WWE just installed a new hiring process. The problem is: It is not exactly new.
It is basically back to basic. Hire former athletes and force them into the WWE system. Gone are the days of indy wrestlers in WWE.
The thing is though, that the industry has moved on. Of course, WWE does not have to have the same approach as their competitors, like AEW for example.
However, there is a reason WWE changed its way of scouting talent in the first place.
A solution that involves hiring talent from all places is probably going to work better than only getting indy talent or only getting pro athletes exclusively.
Either way, Stephanie McMahon’s husband Triple H will most likely aid his wife in the change.
3. Different TV Presentation

Stephanie McMahon’s husband Triple H introduced a new way of producing wrestling TV for WWE with NXT.
Kevin Dunn, who has been with the company for almost as long as Vince McMahon himself, has often been criticized for his style of making television.
After Triple H’s version of NXT was done and replaced with NXT 2.0 that also meant a change in production.
With Vince McMahon out of power, that might mean this is also the end of Kevin Dunn and therefore would lead to a change of pacing and television production.
2. Opening Up To The Wrestling Industry

WWE has seemingly been on its own island for most of the time.
Although WWE has small business relationships like PROGRESS and wXw in Europe, the biggest promotion in the world usually likes to work alone.
If Stephanie McMahon is willing to change the company, she might also be willing to work with companies like Impact, AEW, and New Japan in order to create a more open environment in the industry.
1. Provide Actual Change In The Women’s Division

In 2015, after the ‘Give Divas A Chance’ movement happened, Stephanie McMahon was involved in aiding the women to get better treatment in WWE.
In recent months and ultimately when John Laurinaitis took over, the company seemingly and slowly reverted back to its old ways.
There is no women’s tag team division. Former champions Sasha Banks and Naomi most likely walked out of the company due to the poor treatment of the division.
In addition, the focus on the hiring of female talent seems to differ from what it was previously.
With Stephanie McMahon being the head honcho, she could aid the women to finally be treated like they should be. Equal to the male talent. In every way.
