Tensions between CM Punk and Seth Rollins came to a head to kick off tonight’s episode of WWE Raw in Boston.
Seth Rollins has been attempting to get in the head of CM Punk ever since Punk’s return to WWE at Survivor Series last year, but last week, Punk made a claim that he doesn’t care or think about Rollins.
However, that all changed on tonight’s Raw show, when CM Punk came to the ring to open the night with a promo, where he addressed Seth Rollins, saying that it was inevitable that they were going to end up facing off in the ring.
Punk called Rollins ‘CM Punk’s greatest failure’, before calling him out to give him the ‘wrestling lesson he asked for at 16 years old’ for free.
Rollins would instead appear in the crowd, with Punk saying that Rollins belongs in the crowd with the rest of the CM Punk fans.
Rollins took exception to Punk’s comments, with him saying that this ‘fan’ has more WrestleMania main events than Punk ever will, before a brawl between the two ensued around ringside.
