Here are six WWE SmackDown stars that would benefit from leaving the brand.

6. Carmelo Hayes

After starting out strong on the main roster being drafted in the first round of the WWE Draft, Carmelo Hayes went on to have a magnetic best of seven series against Andrade.

However, after going on to form the Melo Don’t Miz tag team with The Miz, Hayes; character has failed to capture his previous momentum despite great in-ring performances.

Potentially able to reunite with Trick Williams on either WWE Raw or even for a spell in TNA Wrestling or NXT – Melo could definitely use a refresh to his character.

With a lot of intriguing characters on WWE Raw to interact with like Rusev, The Vision and even Roman Reigns – there could be some very cool feuds ahead.

Able to reunite with Rhea Ripley, the pair of Priest & Ripley could definitely go on another run as a fearsome duo that could take over their respective divisions.

However, in the remarkably stacked SmackDown tag team division, their opportunities are not as plentiful as the could be with a shake-up in competition.

Popping over to WWE Raw could open up some fascinating new match opportunities for the pair of Sabin & Shelley.

Starting new rivalries with the Judgment Day, the New Day and even The Usos – the Motor City Machine Guns would be an incredible boost to the tag team division on Netflix.

While the duo remains out of tag team action at the minute as Elton Prince remains out due to an injury, Kit Wilson has continued in some singles matches.

Seeing action against both Sheamus and Rey Fenix on Main Event during the month of August, it could be that the pair are reuniting soon.

Making the switch to WWE Raw from SmackDown could definitely open a brand new set of possibilities in terms of opponents and even a little more room for their unconventional flair & frivolity on Netflix.

2. Tiffany Stratton

While the SmackDown women’s division cannot afford to lose any stars, one character that actually should shift brands is Tiffany Stratton.

Having reigned on SmackDown since being called up officially in the WWE Draft, Stratton could certainly see a whole new field of drama on WWE Raw.

Able to tangle with former NXT foes like Roxanne Perez and Becky Lynch, Stratton could bring a brand new energy to the women’s division on Netflix.

After being out of action on-screen in WWE, Jacob Fatu was recently teaming with Jimmy & Jey Uso at live events which brought up some exciting new prospects for what might be next for him.

However, fans that were hoping to see Fatu unite with The Usos on WWE Raw ended up getting something else entirely.

While Jacob Fatu made his surprise return, he appeared on SmackDown. Confronting Drew McIntyre, he would go on to not only get physical – he would assault McIntyre with his own protective boot.

Although Fatu seems likely to feud with McIntyre, there could still be a chance that he ends up linking up with the Usos & Roman Reigns on Netflix in the near future.
