On the November 2 edition of WWE Raw, John Cena appeared to reveal some more details about the John Cena Classic.
One of the major announcements was that the Cena Classic will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex from Orlando, Florida on December 14.
With WWE AAA and NXT Worlds Collide taking place at the venue on December 15, this will be the start of the collaboration between the company and Disney World.
Here are three other WWE events to potentially take place at Disney World.
AAA TripleMania 35
Following John Cena’s announcement, WWE announced that AAA and NXT Worlds Collide would take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando on Tuesday, December 15.
With this news, it is clear that there will be more collaboration and an opportunity to hold bigger shows at the building.
Lucha Libre AAA could potentially hold one of their biggest events of the year in TripleMania 35 next year at Disney World.
Considering what the company did with their marquee event this year, the 2027 TripleMania could hold one night at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex with the second night in Mexico once again.
NXT Stand & Deliver
Speaking of WWE NXT, they are another brand that could bring their biggest premium live events to Disney World as well.
While the brand has held Stand And Deliver in conjunction with wherever WrestleMania weekend is taking place, 2026 saw a change in that direction.
NXT Stand And Deliver 2026 took place in St. Louis, while WrestleMania 42 weekend was in Las Vegas. Next year, the event will take place in New York City with the company bringing Mania to Saudi Arabia.
In future years, Stand And Deliver has the opportunity to take place in a unique venue like the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.
WWE Royal Rumble
It feels likely that WWE could think about bringing even bigger shows to Disney World in the near future.
One of WWE’s signature events has to be Royal Rumble and could bolster its appeal by taking it to Orlando here.
The spectacle with 30 men and 30 women vying for their spot at WrestleMania would look so different inside the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
After taking the event to stadiums, WWE could make this new venue at Disney World a home base for the Rumble in the coming years.
