With only Stephanie McMahon currently announced as a WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026 inductee, there are certainly more to be announced.
From fellow Attitude Era staples to some potential inductions that could be done specifically to drum up attention for the upcoming event, there are some fascinating choices.
Here are six potential factions that could be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026.
6. Nation of Domination

One group that is seemingly worthy of consideration would be the Nation of Domination.
The group that was primarily led by Faarooq, evolved to include D’Lo Brown, The Rock, The Godfather, Mark Henry and for time, Owen Hart, Crush, Savio Vega, J.C. Ice, Wolfie D and briefly Ahmed Johnson.
With the group having been an important launch for all of the talent involved, recognizing their impact individually and collectively may be an important reminder of the power of factions.
Since stables continue to be a cornerstone of WWE storytelling with the likes of The Bloodline and Judgment Day, certainly the Nation of Domination could make the list as formative factions in history.

5. Evolution

There could certainly be a case to be made for the group induction of a formative faction from WWE’s Ruthless Aggression era in Evolution.
The stable consisted of Triple H, Ric Flair, Batista and Randy Orton — all worthy individual inductions but particularly a fun addition as a group.
Leading the charge on some of the most memorable storylines after their formation in 2003, Evolution would have a big impact on the time period.
Marking a precursor to the singles inductions that are surely ahead for both Dave Bautista and Randy Orton, the nod to the group overall could be a fun moment for fans in Las Vegas.

4. The Wyatt Family

A group that could be certainly considered as a group worthy of induction into the WWE Hall of Fame is The Wyatt Family.
While it seems certain that a post-humous induction for Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper are likely at some point in the future to the WWE Hall of Fame, including the entire Wyatt Family first would make sense.
Including current WWE star Erick Rowan as well as Braun Strowman, the induction would certainly serve to highlight both departed members of the group.
With tributes able to be made to both Wyatt and Harper, there could certainly be some emotionally impactful moments at the event.

3. Heenan Family

Certainly living up to the notion that wrestling has more than one royal family, there is a strong case to be made for the Heenan Family as a group could join the WWE Hall of Fame.
Featuring different members anchored by Bobby Heenan, the configurations would include the likes of Andre the Giant, Rick Rude, Mr. Perfect, Harley Race and King Haku among others.
Anchoring WWF in the mid to late-eighties, Bobby Heenan and his heel faction had their hands in storylines all over the card, supporting the reason why so many are individually already inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
With twists and turns regarding members and championship ambition, the induction of the group could be a solid acknowledgement of the contributions of the group as a whole to the era.

2. The Shield

One induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026 that could be done this year primarily to ratchet up drama between active characters could be that of The Shield — Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose.
While Jon Moxley (fka Ambrose) remains firmly planted in AEW and seems like he would be unlikely to attend, the induction could serve for a vital storyline beat.
With both Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns forced to confront their shared history head-on and potentially ahead of a bout between them at WrestleMania 42.
Additionally by dominating the news cycle with perpetual discussion of will ‘Dean Ambrose’ appear or not for the ceremony, it could be a fascinating moment in professional wrestling history overall.

1. The New Day

While Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston remain in active competition — there is certainly a case to be made for why The New Day as a group is worthy of induction in 2026.
One year removed from the shocking heel turn as Woods and Kingston turned against their third member Big E, criticizing him for not returning to in-ring action despite having suffered a broken neck — the devilish duo show no particular signs of slowing down in their heelish ways.
But if forced to recognize their shared history with Big E via a WWE Hall of Fame induction, the pair could re-ignite even more fan hatred for them by ostracizing Big E in storyline ahead of the event.
With the headlines coming from the heartwarming breaking of kayfabe for the induction in the Hall of Fame, both Kingston and Woods would have a third opportunity to generate heel heat when they promptly return to gimmick, perhaps attacking Big E during their WrestleMania 42 appearance.
