On the March 20 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Jade Cargill confronted Rhea Ripley ahead of their WrestleMania 42 showdown.
After Ripley dared Cargill to hit her and the WWE Women’s Champion seemingly walked away, Michin and B-Fab joined Jade in attacking Rhea in the ring.
With a new potential faction led by Cargill forming here, there could be even more WWE stars who join forces with the reigning champion moving forward.
Here are eight more WWE stars to potentially join a new Jade Cargill faction.
8. Kiana James
Over the past few months, Kiana James has stepped up significantly and received a push that has seen her highlighted.
Whether it be in the Women’s Royal Rumble or Elimination Chamber, James has showcased her strength and in-ring prowess that make her a future star in the WWE women’s division.
While she has created a working relationship with Giulia as her representative, James could gain another client in the form of the WWE Women’s Champion.
James aligning with Jade Cargill would be a huge opportunity for her and allow her to garner more of the spotlight on Friday Night SmackDown.
7. Giulia
Ever since getting called up to the WWE main roster from NXT, Giulia has put herself in position to be a rising star in the company.
In one year, “The Beautiful Madness” has become a two-time WWE Women’s United States Champion.
Widely regarded as one of the best in all of women’s wrestling, Giulia has proven why she has earned the reputation as one of the most feared competitors in Japan for years.
Wanting to bring another champion into her ranks, Jade Cargill should recruit Giulia for her new faction and make it one of the most dominant all-female stables in WWE history.

6. Zelina
Considering Jade Cargill has created a stable during her rivalry with Rhea Ripley, she could potentially recruit former rivals of “Mami.”
Dating back years, Ripley has found herself at odds with Zelina Vega in different scenarios.
Whether it be battles over the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships or recently teaming with Aleister Black and Damian Priest respectively, Zelina and Rhea have been at each other’s throats.
If Cargill wants someone who despises Ripley by her side, she would be hard-pressed to find someone who wants revenge more than Zelina on the WWE roster today.
5. Kelani Jordan
Jade Cargill should also look to the WWE NXT brand for stars who could bolster her newfound faction.
Over the past few months, Kelani Jordan is someone who has undergone a character change, turning heel after frustration over being kicked out of the WWE NXT women’s locker room.
Jordan has showcased her aggression and could shine next to someone like Jade Cargill in this new group.
Cargill calling on Jordan to join her new faction would add another star who could be elevated through her new stable in a significant way.

4. Jaida Parker
Another WWE NXT star who could be called up to the main roster through joining a Jade Cargill-led stable is Jaida Parker.
Since making her WWE debut in 2023, Jaida Parker has caught the eyes of the fanbase with her hard-hitting style and natural charisma.
While she has turned babyface in recent months, Parker has always had some attitude to her that could play nicely with Cargill.
With her intense style and no-nonsense attitude, Ms. Parker could be the next addition that adds a bit more aggressiveness to Cargill’s new group moving forward.
3. Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend)
In November 2025, Lash Legend made her WWE main roster debut after several years on the NXT brand and immediately joined forces with Nia Jax.
Becoming The Irresistible Forces, Jax and Legend have become a dominant force in the WWE women’s division on Friday Night SmackDown.
Then on the February 27 episode of SmackDown, The Irresistible Forces defeated RHIYO to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Considering their similar traits and attitudes, The Irresistible Forces could be the perfect addition to a Jade Cargill-led faction that would make them the most feared group in all of WWE today.

2. Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)
In the summer of 2025, The Wyatt Sicks defeated Street Profits to win the WWE Tag Team Championships.
Since that loss, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have not been featured on WWE television over the past several months.
After recently making their return on a WWE NXT live event, Street Profits could potentially make their comeback on Friday Night SmackDown in a new role.
Jade Cargill wanting some muscle from the men’s division makes a lot of sense and could bring them into the fold as her heavies in this new faction.
1. Bianca Belair
After making her WWE debut in 2023, Jade Cargill formed an alliance with Bianca Belair that created one of the most unstoppable tag teams in the company.
Cargill and Belair went on to become two-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions and seemingly formed a friendship with one another.
However, Naomi turning heel and attacking Cargill led to this partnership with Belair falling apart as a result. With Belair sidelined for the past year now, Cargill could be the person to bring “The E.S.T. of WWE” back into the fold through the means of this new stable.
Belair coming back as a heel would be an intriguing story to tell as Cargill brings out the attitude that Bianca was first known for during her run on WWE NXT years ago.
