All Elite Wrestling has an assortment of stars who seem poised to get a major push in the coming weeks and months.
Tony Khan has never been shy to reward performers who are delivering on a consistent basis, which could lead to some elevation up the card.
From those who recently had a significant change to the ones climbing the ladder, several AEW stars are on the cusp of a big break.
Here are five AEW stars to be potentially pushed by Tony Khan.
Jay White

At AEW WrestleDream 2026, “Switchblade” Jay White made his return to the company from a brief injury hiatus.
This led to White and The Bang Bang Gang turning heel and aligning with their rivals in The Dogs to attack Jon Moxley, The Death Riders and The Conglomeration on the October 21 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Then on the October 24 AEW Collision, White announced that this new alliance is to be known as The Cut.
With his huge faction behind him, fans should see “Switchblade” featured in a more prominent position and could even see him potentially dethrone Moxley for the AEW Continental Championship in the near future.
Marina Shafir
Since the passing of her Death Riders stablemate PAC, fans have seen a shift in Marina Shafir.
“The Problem” has become a bit of an emotional leader for the group as Jon Moxley has been going through the grieving process.
Then on the October 21 episode of AEW Dynamite, Shafir stepped up to seemingly challenge AEW Women’s World Champion Mercedes Monè.
With a showdown with “The CEO” on the horizon, it feels Marina will be having the biggest push of her career so far.
Mark Davis

At AEW WrestleDream 2026, Jon Moxley defeated Mark Davis to retain the AEW Continental Championship.
Following this performance, Davis went on to reunite with Jake Doyle to destroy The Young Bucks on the October 21 AEW Dynamite.
Over the course of 2026, fans have seen “Dunkzilla” become a threat to beat any top star in All Elite Wrestling today and a former AEW National Champion.
Now with an AEW World Tag Team Championship shot at Full Gear on the horizon, Davis could be set to win some more gold in the near future.
Ilja Dragunov
After weeks of speculation, Ilja Dragunov is now All Elite after signing with the company at AEW WrestleDream.
“The Mad Dragon” is looking to cement himself as one of the best in the world in the promotion known as “Where The Best Wrestle.”
With his intensity and in-ring prowess, it shouldn’t take long for Dragunov to fit in like a glove.
Dragunov winning championship gold seems inevitable and should see him become a main event talent in no time.
Kyle Fletcher

For well over a year, Kyle Fletcher has seemed destined to become a world champion in AEW.
Over the past two years, Fletcher is a two-time TNT Champion and former AEW International Champion as well.
“The Protostar” has beaten a who’s who of talent on the roster and has seemed ready for the main event scene.
After winning a tag team match against his former mentor, Fletcher looked poised to challenge Will Ospreay for the AEW World Championship and has everything it takes to hold the top prize in All Elite Wrestling before long.
