With WWE fans anxiously awaiting the return of Liv Morgan after being out of action with injury since June, she could already have creative plans in place.
From re-igniting old feuds in a new way to finding a brand new home on the WWE roster — there are some intriguing options of what Liv Morgan could get up to on her return to WWE.
Here are nine potential return plans for Liv Morgan’s WWE return.
9. Attack Becky Lynch

With Becky Lynch still engaged in a feud with Maxxine Dupri on WWE Raw, it is generally assumed that Lynch will feud with AJ Lee soon.
However, if it were actually Liv Morgan who made a surprise return to challenge Lynch, the pair of old rivals could feud in a brand new way.
With Morgan last facing off against Lynch as a dastardly heel, Liv went on to brag for months about having retired Becky Lynch — a series of insults that she has yet to answer for.
Returning as a babyface, Liv Morgan could end up feuding with heel Becky Lynch and making brand new magic as their characters have evolved — but their hatred for one another remains intact.

8. Re-ignite Feud With Nikki Bella

While it seemed as though before her injury, Liv Morgan was set to become the first heel foe to Nikki Bella since the WWE Hall of Famer’s return to the ring — plans ended up being scrapped.
However, when Morgan returns to WWE and presumably as a babyface, she could find that she receives a less than warm reception from Bella.
Potentially still bitter about their verbal sparring from their previous encounter, the return of a babyface Liv Morgan could end up activating a fierce new era for a heelish Nikki Bella.
Perhaps less interested in playing nice than asserting her spot on the roster, Bella could end up being a major heel foe to Morgan upon her return.

7. Cost Roxanne Perez WWE Women’s World Championship

One match that has not been announced for Survivor Series WarGames but that could certainly be coming up is for the WWE Women’s World Championship.
With the rumored women’s team line-up for the Survivor Series WarGames match including the absence of both current WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer as well as recent rival Roxanne Perez — it could be that Perez is on the verge of a title shot.
However, if a surprise return from Liv Morgan caused a major distraction that ended up costing Perez her title shot there could be bridges built for Morgan as a babyface.
Potentially going on to challenge Vaquer in a more righteous manner, it would end up being a great feud to see a returning Liv Morgan tangling with La Primera.

6. Reunite With Raquel Rodriguez

After Liv Morgan was taken out of action due to an injury, her tag team partner Raquel Rodriguez moved on without her and went along with a new partnership.
Roxanne Perez would join Judgment Day and become Rodriguez’s latest partner in crime but the alliance could completely fall apart with the return of Liv Morgan.
With a reunion between Rodriguez & Morgan leaving Roxanne Perez without a running buddy, it could be that she ends up reuniting with an NXT alum she debuted on the main roster with.
Since Giulia dropped the WWE women’s United States Championship to Chelsea Green on the November 7 edition of SmackDown, perhaps she would be a willing partner for The Prodigy.

5. Tag Team With AJ Lee

One potentially fun future plan for the return of Liv Morgan would be to link up with another WWE wild card, AJ Lee.
Bringing together Morgan with Lee not only just makes sense — the pair share a common enemy in Becky Lynch.
Potentially able to strike up a brand new group anchored by Lee & Morgan, there could be more additions from NXT on the way.
With current NXT Women’s Champion Tatum Paxley as well as Aussie powerhouse ZARIA able to fit in nicely, there could be a powerful new all-female alliance on the way to WWE Raw.

4. Distract Dominik Mysterio Into Losing Intercontinental Championship To John Cena

There are only four potential opportunities for John Cena to claim the last title he has never won in WWE — the Intercontinental Championship, currently held by Dominik Mysterio.
While certainly Mysterio could end up winning the Last Time Is Now tournament to determine who will face Cena in his final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13, it has been previously rumored their match could happen at Survivor Series.
If Dirty Dominik were attempting to rely on his old tricks to beat Cena — including relying on help from Judgment Day or Roxanne Perez, the shock return of Liv Morgan could cause a massive distraction and thereby secure the victory for Cena.
An obvious babyface making moment for Morgan to return for a major reason, it could end up being the return of Liv Morgan that hands John Cena the WWE Grand Slam for the first time in his career.

3. Join SmackDown To Face Jade Cargill

While it would make sense for Liv Morgan to return to her former WWE Raw brand, perhaps there is something entirely different in store for her on SmackDown.
Potentially with a return that has nothing to do with her old grudges from the Judgment Day or the WWE Raw roster, Liv Morgan could make a big impact on the blue brand.
Returning to WWE action and potentially looking to target the recently heel Jade Cargill, Morgan could look to conquer an entirely different set of foes.
Still able to re-ignite her old WWE Raw rivalries in the future with the likes of Roxanne Perez and Becky Lynch, perhaps Morgan returning to an entirely new group of opponents would make sense to reboot her character as a babyface.

2. Take Over Judgment Day

Potentially one return for Liv Morgan would be to simply come back to the Judgment Day — albeit with a new motive.
Looking to take the group down from the inside, it could end up being Morgan’s return that topples the faction rather than any conflict between Balor and Mysterio as has been teased.
Bringing in her own new tag team and even contender for the IC title, Morgan has a long list of compelling characters from NXT to choose from when building her new faction.
Keeping Raquel Rodriguez but ditching everyone else, Liv Morgan could create a powerful new babyface stable to run Monday nights.

1. Partner With Cody Rhodes

With the formation of several new mixed tag teams in Liv Morgan’s absence, it could be that her babyface assistance is needed on SmackDown sooner rather than later.
After Zelina Vega rocked Cody Rhodes with a powerful slap on the November 7 edition of SmackDown to kick off a feud with Aleister Black — the conflict certainly seems far from over.
Potentially needing a female ally from the locker room against Vega, it could be a massive babyface making moment for Morgan to end up returning to link up with Cody Rhodes.
Able to help Rhodes capture the victory over the dangerous duo of Aleister Black and Zelina Vega, Morgan could return to her old dynamics on WWE Raw as a hero.
