Judgment Day WWE Breakup Plans

While simmering tension continues within the Judgment Day faction, the end of the group could be coming soon with an impending break-up storyline.

From big moments of betrayal to quieter dissolutions, there could be some very fun moments ahead even if the current iteration of the Judgment Day faction appears doomed.

Here are six potential scenarios that could lead to the breakup of the Judgment Day.

6. Raquel Rodriguez affair with Dominik Mysterio revealed

Truthfully, there is a benefit to having some torrid love affair storylines in WWE — a trope that has been woefully under represented in recent years.

While the old adage goes, ‘You’ll lose him how you found him,’ Liv Morgan could find herself becoming the new victim of Dirty Dom’s wandering eye. While Morgan may be suspicious of the vivacious Roxanne Perez, it would end up being not her that Liv should be worried about.

With Rhea Ripley’s split from the group begin spurred by a betrayal by Dom and Liv to begin with, it could be that Liv Morgan’s karma comes back to get her in the near future.

If a new fake on-screen love affair were to be revealed between Dirty Dom and Raquel Rodriguez, it could be the ultimate betrayal.

5. New members take them down

WWE stars Aleister Black and Zelina Vega

With the current configuration of Judgment Day containing none of the original members of the group (Edge, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest), perhaps it will continue beyond the current members.

Since the faction is effectively WWE’s answer to the Bullet Club, continuing throughout eras of different membership, perhaps a change is on the horizon.

Possibly able to be joined by Aleister Black and Zelina Vega for one example, the group could find itself completely reshaped in the near future.

Another option might be a hostile takeover from the Street Profits and Bianca Belair or even, a group from NXT like DarkState or Fatal Influence.

4. Raquel Rodriguez turns on Liv Morgan

After Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez seemingly spoiled Raquel Rodriguez’s opportunity to capture the WWE Women’s World Championship from Stephanie Vaquer on a recent edition of WWE Raw, there could be more conflict coming soon.

Since it was Morgan that eliminated Rodriguez in the Royal Rumble, perhaps some comeuppance is coming sooner rather than later. Rather than involving a torrid love affair with Dom, this breakup comes about purely out of competition.

With Raquel certainly able to turn on Liv, it will be interesting to see what ends up happening with the third member of their recent trio, Roxanne Perez.

Potentially siding with either star, it will be a make or break moment to determine who will move forward as heels and babyfaces for the rest of 2026.

3. Finn Balor beats Dominik Mysterio for Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 42

While the Road to WWE WrestleMania 42 could leave the alliance slowly crumbling, it could be that the final blow to the Judgment Day faction may not happen until the big event.

With the potential that Finn Balor could end up booked to take on Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship, the members of the faction may be forced to choose sides.

Leading to a catastrophic split in the group, there could be brand new alliances revealed.

Possibly leading to Liv Morgan and Dirty Dom being cast aside whilst the rest of the group remains intact, there could be some fascinating stories coming ahead for SummerSlam 2026.

2. Liv Morgan turns babyface

One unlikely end to the Judgment Day could come by the way of Liv Morgan turning babyface.

While rumors persisted throughout her time off from in-ring competition that she would return as a babyface character, quite the opposite occurred when she did make her big return at WWE Survivor Series.

Costing John Cena the Intercontinental Championship and realigning with Dirty Dom, Morgan resumed her dastardly ways immediately upon return.

However, still a fan favorite there could certainly be a future that sees Liv Morgan turning babyface and potentially the rest of the Judgment Day turning on her, leading to a big breakup.

1. Judgment Day Civil War

While WWE has seen the Bloodline Civil War, it could be time for the Judgment Day faction to face a similar reckoning.

Presumably with the two sides spearheaded by Liv Morgan and Finn Balor respectively, there could be an interesting spin on the alliances.

If it ended up being a battle between the sexes to determine supremacy, it could end up that each side gains new members to battle the other.

Leading the way for Finn Balor & JD McDonagh to recruit their own female tag team or even trio from NXT to accompany them into prospective battle, Dirty Dom could be squarely stuck in the middle. Eventually choosing to side with the Judgment Day gals, there could be an incredibly fun storyline ahead.
