While the WWE Survivor Series WarGames teams beginning to come together on both the men’s and women’s sides, more additions are needed.
From previously reported names that may be revealed soon, to brand new additions that could be a result of original plans getting scrapped — there are still some big names that could be added to the bouts.
Here are six more stars that could make their way into the WWE Survivor Series WarGames 2025 matches.
6. AJ Lee

Not being seen on WWE TV since her big return win at Wrestlepalooza in September alongside her husband CM Punk, fans are anticipating the next appearance of AJ Lee heading into Survivor Series.
In AJ’s absence, Maxxine Dupri has stepped up as Becky Lynch’s primary challenger for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, but it feels like a matter of time before Lee reenters the fray, perhaps doing so as soon as this Monday’s Raw at Madison Square Garden.
Becky Lynch is set to defend her title against Maxxine Dupri on Raw, so perhaps AJ could return either during or after that match to set it up.
While a singles match between the two could happen at Survivor Series, WWE could use instead advance their feud inside WarGames with AJ teaming with the babyfaces and Lynch the heels.

5. Stephanie Vaquer

While she could be set for a WWE Women’s World Championship defense at Survivor Series WarGames, a spot on the card has not yet been announced for Stephanie Vaquer.
Since Nikki Bella just turned against the champ in order to reveal her heel intentions on November 10 edition of WWE Raw, the pair could be headed into WarGames to come to blows instead of a singles match.
While it was revealed on SmackDown that Charlotte Flair would not be joining team babyface for the WWE Survivor Series women’s WarGames match — it could leave a vacancy for Vaquer.
Putting both Nikki Bella in as the fifth heel member of the team and adding Vaquer to the line-up, there would still be room for a surprise in the configurations for the match.

4. Liv Morgan

With the babyfaces still needing to locate another ally to join forces with them, it could end up being AJ Lee that calls in some surprise favors.
With reports that Liv Morgan is set for a return to WWE in ‘early 2026’, there is a chance it could perhaps come earlier.
Potentially being recruited for WarGames by former rival Rhea Ripley, who may be reluctantly scrambling to fill the void left by Charlotte Flair, Morgan returning as a babyface would make for an interesting change.
While this addition is by no means a shoo-in, it would end up being a fun detail to see Morgan step-in at the last minute to save the day in her return to WWE after being out of action after shoulder surgery.

3. Roman Reigns

It seemed that the original plans for the WWE WarGames match for the men’s side have been shaken up quite a bit in the wake of Seth Rollins’ injury.
While some pieces of the speculated teams have remained intact, the addition of Cody Rhodes and Jimmy Uso to the babyface side were developments.
After his loss at Crown Jewel to Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight, Reigns told The Usos that he didn’t “want to see them until Christmas,” so perhaps the reveal of whether he will or won’t help the team will remains a mystery.
Potentially ending up replaced in the match line-up in the absence of his planned future feud partner Seth Rollins, Reigns may end up missing Survivor Series altogether.

2. Brock Lesnar

With his movements since his return to WWE being unpredictable, fans don’t quite know what to expect next from Brock Lesnar.
First attacking John Cena after the main event of SummerSlam 2025, the pair would end up tangling again at Wrestlepalooza where Lesnar dominated the 17x World Champion.
Potentially set to face off against when Cena makes his final appearance on WWE Raw on November 17, it could be that both major names in WWE end up making the WarGames match.
With the Survivor Series men’s WarGames teams each seemingly needing one more entrant — it might be that Lesnar answers the call from old pal Paul Heyman.

1. John Cena

With John Cena capturing the WWE Intercontinental Championship from Dominik Mysterio on the November 10 episode of WWE Raw, there could be a new challenger on the horizon.
If Austin Theory were to return at Madison Square Garden to challenge John Cena, it could not only bring about a singles bout between the two but also bring together the reason why both end up included in WarGames.
With Theory’s character in many ways never recovering from John Cena eviscerating him in an in-ring promo segment in the lead up to WrestleMania 39, you’d be forgiven to forget that Theory actually won their eventual match.
Potentially being the segue to both bring back Theory but also put them both in WarGames, the addition of Cena to the babyface team would add a fun last accolade in his career.
