With Danhausen continuing to make his mark in WWE, his plans for WrestleMania 42 next month in Las Vegas haven’t become clear.
From intriguing backstage spots to full on matches, there are plenty of intriguing things for the Very Nice, Very Evil star to get up to at the big event.
Here are six potential plans for Danhausen at WWE WrestleMania 42.
6. Host of the event
Perhaps the perfect spot for Danhausen would be to feature as the host across both nights of WrestleMania 42.
Able to use his quirky humor to bring a needed edge to some of the more corny backstage segments that sometimes arise at the big event surrounding sponsorships, Danhausen’s confusion over the brand partnerships could focus as a hilarious easter egg.
Keeping watch for the host to accidentally wander into the clearly paid advertisement spots but display noticeable confusion and/or engage with the product with complete naiveite could be very fun.
Popping up to bring the event together even only on one night, Danhausen certainly needs to be active in Las Vegas.

5. Answer Brock Lesnar’s Open Challenge
One hilarious way to see Danhausen wrestle in his first WWE match would be for him to answer Brock Lesnar’s Open Challenge.
While there could always be another competitor that strikes in the moments after, it would be of historical interest to see Danhausen tangle with Lesnar at least once.
Since there are rampant rumors that Lesnar could be retiring from professional wrestling as soon as SummerSlam 2026, there may be limited dates left for fans to see The Beast.
Potentially having a short face-off against Danhausen, a curse from The Very Nice, Very Evil star at WrestleMania 42 could be a fun seed to plant in Las Vegas that comes back around by this summer in Minneapolis.

4. Match against Mr. Iguana
While some fans expected Danhausen might end up appearing on NXT or even AAA, reports note that he is listed internally as a free agent.
Already appearing across WWE Raw and SmackDown thus far, it may be just a matter of time before he bumps into Mr. Iguana.
Fun for WWE’s littlest fans and those young at heart, the pair could have a perfectly ridiculous feud leading to a major moment in Las Vegas.
Merging together some of the most enjoyable and entertaining aspects of the Sports Entertainment genre in a new Triple H run era is certainly an avenue to be explored under the bright lights of WrestleMania 42.

3. Danhausen Open Challenge (Answered by Ethan Page)
With Ethan Page losing his NXT North American Championship on the latest episode of WWE NXT to Myles Borne, it may be that he is on the verge of a main roster call-up.
While Page and Danhausen didn’t particularly have a long history on-screen in AEW, their real life friendship has played out and been followed by fans through their respective vlogs.
Able to launch Page on the main roster as having immediately to deal with the persistent pest of Danhausen, both men would be endeared to audiences quickly.
Making for the perfect straight man for Danhausen’s antics, Page could become the next victim of Danhausen’s curse.

2. Match against his mentor, The Miz
With Danhausen having specifically asked Nick Aldis to match him up with a main roster mentor, he was directed towards The Miz.
Certainly resistant to offer mentorship to Danhausen, the duo have already had an entertaining series of interactions with one another.
Able to bring their feud around to a star studded WrestleMania 42 moment, The Miz is the perfect conduit for celebrity integration.
Bringing Danhausen into the fold along with the likes of guest stars Jelly Roll or even Bad Bunny could be absolutely perfect.

1. Bring about the return of Chris Jericho
After fans got themselves worked into a potential frenzy with every passing event that Chris Jericho could be re-signing with WWE — the mysterious box came into central focus in the lead-up to Elimination Chamber.
But when Danhausen emerged from the box, some fans were disappointed having built up the potential of seeing the legendary Jericho instead.
In another mysterious reveal leading up to WrestleMania 42, Danhausen could certainly reveal his own brand new box that most would debate but not seriously consider — only to pull off a big surprise.
Leading to the return of Chris Jericho, Danhausen could continually take credit for the return as a rationale for his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in the near future per his demands.
