Current WWE stars to be inducted into Hall of Fame class of 2027: Five names that could be honored next

WWE will present WrestleMania 43 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which means the Hall of Fame will also take place in the country.

This might force the company to feature more active talent apart of the ceremony next year.

WWE could easily fill next year’s event with active talent from the promotion with all the all-time greats on the roster.

Here are five current WWE stars to be potentially inducted into the Hall of Fame class of 2027.

In a recent podcast appearance, “Road Dogg” Brian James stated that The Miz should be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next year.

Over the course of 20 years with the company, The Miz has created a legacy unlike anyone else.

As the only two-time WWE Grand Slam Champion, Miz has done so much throughout his illustrious career.

Seeming like his in-ring career is winding down, The Miz could be honored for his contributions next year.

R-Truth

R-Truth might be one of the most beloved talents on the WWE roster today.

Considering the laughs he has brought the fans, Truth’s connection with the fans is solidified forever.

Truth has been considered one of the most popular and funniest stars in the company’s history.

After 20-plus years with the company, Truth is a surefire WWE Hall of Fame inductee.

Randy Orton

There might not be another WWE star more decorated than Randy Orton right now.

Over the course of a 24-year run in the company, Orton is a 14-time WWE World Champion and held every title available to him.

Orton has also legendary matches and feuds with a who’s who list of legends like John Cena and The Undertaker.

As one of the all-time greats, Orton could be a future headliner for the WWE Hall of Fame.

AJ Lee

In 2025, AJ Lee made her return to WWE after over a decade away from the company.

The former Divas Champion is remembered as one of the pioneers of the Women’s Revolution.

Since returning, Lee has added to her legacy by winning the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship and putting on a memorable feud with Becky Lynch.

For everything she has done, Lee is ready for the Hall of Fame induction at any time.

CM Punk

Speaking of AJ Lee, a big part of her return to the company was her husband CM Punk.

After making his return in 2023, Punk has further cemented his name as one of the greatest WWE stars in the company’s history.

Punk is an eight-time WWE World Champion and two-time Money In The Bank winner.

There is no denying that Punk is worthy of a Hall of Fame induction and could even be the headliner for the class of 2027 in Saudi Arabia.
