Over the past two years, WWE NXT has added quite a few stars who made their name in All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
Whether it be Ethan Page, Ricky Saints or Blake Monroe, there could be even more former AEW stars who become prominently featured acts on the NXT brand.
Looking at the AEW roster, the future could see former champions and popular names making their way over to WWE NXT.
Here are six AEW stars to potentially sign with WWE NXT soon.
6. Anna Jay

Anna Jay was last seen on AEW television in November 2025 when she was part of the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship tournament.
Since her absence from the company’s programming, there has been some news in regards to Jay’s future with All Elite Wrestling.
Recent reports have indicated that Anna Jay’s contract is set to expire sometime in 2026 and that she had some interest from WWE.
With the company being interested, Jay would be a fitting acquisition for WWE and have a role to play in the NXT women’s division moving forward.
5. Kamille

Another AEW star who has been absent from the company’s TV over the past year is Kamille.
Signing with All Elite Wrestling in 2024, the former NWA Women’s World Champion came in with some lofty expectations.
However, it is safe to say that Kamille has not quite lived up to that and has seen her kept off of AEW television since November 2024.
Kamille leaving AEW almost seems inevitable at this point and could see her making the move to WWE NXT where her size and strength might be better utilized as well as highlighted.
4. Wardlow

Making his AEW debut in 2019, Wardlow was seen as a must watch prospect and aligned himself with Maxwell Jacob Friedman.
After several years of being by MJF’s side, Wardlow finally broke free, defeated his former boss and went on to become a three-time TNT Champion.
However, Wardlow was never able to reach his full potential due to start-and-stop pushes and a series of injuries.
Despite currently being sidelined with an injury, Wardlow feels like someone who will eventually sign with WWE and could become a major singles talent on the NXT brand.

3. HOOK

HOOK has been somewhat of an enigma on the AEW roster ever since making his debut in 2021.
The former three-time FTW Champion is someone who came in with high expectations and the lineage of being the son of a bonafide legend in Taz.
While he was once seen as the future of All Elite Wrestling, HOOK hasn’t quite progressed at the rate many fans believed he would.
Feeling like someone who would gain the experience he needs at this point in his career in the Performance Center, HOOK has the credentials and legacy to be an excellent addition to WWE NXT.
2. Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen)

In 2024, Private Party returned to All Elite Wrestling and eventually reached their highest heights.
Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen were finally able to defeat The Young Bucks and became the AEW World Tag Team Champions.
However, Private Party’s reign did not quite go as well as many thought it would and went on a lengthy hiatus. After one year away from the promotion, Kassidy and Quen made their return on the February 11 edition of AEW Dynamite.
While they are back in the company, Private Party have what it takes to completely take over the WWE tag team division and could get their start there on the NXT brand in a significant way.
1. Britt Baker

When All Elite Wrestling first started, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. was signed as the first female star to join the company.
Becoming one of the promotion’s first homegrown stars, Baker showcased her undeniable charisma, her entertaining character and underrated in-ring skills to win the AEW Women’s World Championship.
After a brief return to the company in the summer of 2024, Baker was written off AEW television just five months later.
Following over a year away from AEW, it might be time for Baker to leave the promotion and explore her options in a place like WWE NXT where she could follow in the footsteps of the likes of Ricky Saints, Ethan Page and Blake Monroe.
