With continued conflict with the WWE Raw roster, namely Paul Heyman and The Vision, Adam Pearce could be driven out of his role as General Manager.
Keeping with the current storyline of tension between Pearce and some members of the roster, a swap could end up proving to be even more dramatic as there are some enticing options of who could take over the reins for even a short period of time.
Here are six potential replacements for Adam Pearce as the WWE Raw General Manager.
6. Paul Heyman
With plenty of continued hostility between WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce and The Vision faction, he has been at odds with Paul Heyman.
Installing Heyman in an authority figure role would essentially be handing even more power to The Vision – an added detail that could make the stakes even higher.
With CM Punk able to channel all of his most anti-authority sentiments towards Paul Heyman, there could be some wildly memorable moments in his tenure as WWE Raw GM.
Since Heyman certainly has his fair share of enemies on-screen, it could be fun to see him actively participate instead of simply observing the chaos.

5. William Regal
WWE Raw could see a complete reinvention of the General Manager role if William Regal were to take up the task.
While William Regal has made a few appearances on-screen in WWE since his return to the company, he hasn’t featured as much of a character.
However, given his track record as an on-screen authority figure including his landmark run as NXT GM, it could be time for Regal to become an on-screen fixture again.
Able to captivate WWE fans with his storytelling abilities, Regal’s contributions could be subtle but still impactful in moving storylines forward.

4. Kurt Angle
One fun WWE Raw General Manager could be a familiar face from the past, Kurt Angle.
With WWE 2K26 set to feature an Attitude Era special edition, Kurt Angle could be the perfect temporary GM.
Able to pop in for a series of appearances and then fade back out again after WrestleMania 42, there could be some very fun storylines between the Olympian and the current roster.
Leading to channeling storylines from the past as well as bringing a new perspective on the present, Angle could be very fun in the role.

3. Paige
A familiar face from the past that could step into a GM role in WWE would be Paige.
While she departed the company in 2022, she would later make her in-ring debut in AEW and go on to become AEW Women’s World Champion under her real first name, Saraya.
After announcing in March 2025 that she had left AEW, WWE fans immediately were hopeful that Paige could be on her way back to the company.
With the recent in-ring returns of the Bella Twins and AJ Lee, perhaps Paige could join WWE Raw as a GM first before making an in-ring comeback down the road.

2. Nick Aldis
While Adam Pearce has been a fearless leader on WWE Raw for quite some time, the easiest way to shake things up could be a simple switch.
Already demonstrating his abilities as the WWE SmackDown GM, Nick Aldis could certainly make the move to Raw.
Possibly looking to mix around some of the dynamics between the talent and the authority figure, it would be fun to see Aldis tangle with The Vision since he has plenty of experience attempting to rein in the Bloodline.
While Paul Heyman would have a reprieve from Adam Pearce, the moment might be fleeting with a brand new set of power struggles primed to break out between Aldis and Heyman.

1. Chris Jericho
With Chris Jericho’s contract status with AEW still unknown, it could be that his arrival in WWE is set for sooner rather than later.
Although some fans expect Jericho to return to WWE and get back into in-ring action, it could be an interesting swerve to see him return as an authority figure.
Able to certainly use his time away to reinvent himself into a brand new character, one option would be to see him channel a very dogmatic and ‘old school’ way of thinking.
Causing immediate conflict with the likes of LA Knight and CM Punk, there could be a memorable run ahead for Jericho in WWE.
