As WWE speeds towards the last PLE of 2025, WWE Survivor Series ‘WarGames,’ there are several notable names set to miss the event.
Between the annual men’s and women’s WarGames matches and anticipated title bouts already rumored for the event, there may not be many slots left on the card.
Here are eight WWE stars that seem set to miss Survivor Series 2025.
8. Seth Rollins
Picking up an injury and vacating the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Seth Rollins will certainly be out of action for Survivor Series 2025.
While Rollins was rumored to previously be the leader for the heel squad for the men’s WarGames match, instead on the November 3 edition of WWE Raw, a new face seemingly emerged to align with The Vision.
Logan Paul appeared as a potential new ally for the group of Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed which is reportedly also set to join forces with Brock Lesnar and Austin Theory by the time we get to the event.
Whether that’s how the team shapes up or not, Rollins will be sitting this year’s WarGames match out.

7. Rey Mysterio
After being out of action since the night before WrestleMania 41 with a groin injury, Rey Mysterio has made his return to WWE TV.
While previous reports pointed to a potential in-ring return for Mysterio in the near future, he wasn’t going to be set for a match at Survivor Series.
With Mysterio making his return on WWE Raw to confront Dominik Mysterio, it could be that the Rey gets on the card in the end.
However, if Rey were to not have a match booked for Survivor Series, it would certainly give him the opportunity to help John Cena capture his first ever Intercontinental Championship from Dominik.

6. Jacob Fatu
One star that was seemingly set to be in the WarGames match that potentially is set to miss the event is Jacob Fatu.
Recently written off of WWE TV after an off-screen attack, Fatu was shown laid out backstage with a pool of blood around his mouth and knocked out teeth strewn about.
Reportedly, the angle is a cover for real life dental surgery.
Since it remains unknown whether or not Fatu could make a return for the WarGames bout, it may end up that another substitute babyface will end up in the match.

5. Liv Morgan
After being out of action due to a shoulder injury since June 2025, it seems Liv Morgan is set to miss this year’s Survivor Series ‘WarGames.’
Liv Morgan fans do have some good news to look forward to with reports that Liv is likely back in action in the near future.
While she was noted as expected to return in early 2026, the return could come earlier which could put her back into the mix around the holiday season.
On the other hand, a major return with the potential to turn babyface, Liv’s return could end up waiting for January 31 and the WWE Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia.

4. Roman Reigns
One top star that could be set to miss WWE Suvivor Series ‘WarGames’ is Roman Reigns.
While Reigns is still reportedly set to be on the babyface team at the event, he hasn’t been seen since losing to Bronson Reed at Crown Jewel 2025.
With his post-match comments to the Usos noting that he didn’t want to see them “until Christmas,” coming after the report, it wasn’t clear if the purposeful dialogue was meant as a red herring or to tamper expectations.
Since CM Punk could possibly seek the assistance of a variety of other babyfaces before he would turn to Reigns, it could be the Usos who end up calling Reigns back early and requesting his help for the WarGames bout.

3. Nikki Bella
While there have been reports of the planned women’s WarGames line-up, Nikki Bella was omitted from the five-on-five battle.
However, since Nikki Bella and Stephanie Vaquer remain united against the Judgment Day duo of Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez, perhaps they are set to join the field.
With Bella & Vaquer able to join the rumored babyface team with AJ Lee, Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY, the heels could pick up Perez & Rodriguez to their team reportedly set to feature Becky Lynch, Asuka & Kairi Sane.
For what it’s worth, the reported plan is for the inclusion instead of WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss for the babyfaces and Nia Jax and NXT’s Lash Legend on the heel side.

2. Giulia
Women’s United States Champion Giulia hasn’t appeared on any premium live events since participating in the 20-woman battle royal at WWE Evolution back in July.
Although there is certainly time to reveal a storyline that would see the Women’s US Title defended at the event, it has yet to kick off on TV.
With viable contenders in the likes of Chelsea Green, Zelina now that she is affiliated with Aleister Black, or any number of challengers from NXT, Giulia could also possibly be added to the WarGames match.
Able to demonstrate her in-ring excellence amongst the likes of Asuka, Kairi Sane and IYO SKY, WarGames could end up showcasing several facets of WWE’s best in women’s talent.

1. Solo Sikoa
After being on the losing side of last year’s WarGames match, Solo Sikoa looks set to miss out on the unique match entirely in 2025.
There has been a growing rivalry between Sikoa’s MFT stable of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga & JC Mateo, and the Wyatt Sicks’ Bo Dallas/Uncle Howdy, Nikki Cross, Erick Rowan, Dexter Lumis & Joe Gacy with tensions seemingly set to boil over soon.
Although it doesn’t seem they are poised to make up the field for the men’s WarGames match at the event, there could still be a multi-man battle in the future.
With the Wyatt Sicks unlikely to forgive the MFTs, it is possible there will still be a war between these dueling factions either on the SmackDown before the event or possibly on the WWE Survivor Series card.
