In May, Braun Strowman saw his second run with WWE come to a close when he was part of the latest batch of releases.

Despite taking a lesser role on the roster, Strowman had been playing a crucial role against the younger stars like Jacob Fatu, Solo Sikoa and Carmelo Hayes.

However, Strowman has not made any notable appearances since his non-compete clause expired, thus making him a free agent.

In TNA Wrestling, Strowman could stay close to WWE and have a whole new landscape that could see him be a top star again.

7. Elayna Black (Cora Jade)

One of the more surprising names that was part of the latest slate of WWE releases in May was Cora Jade.

At just 24 years old, Jade was one of the most prominently featured stars of the NXT women’s division since signing with WWE in 2021.

Immediately following her non-compete clause expiring, Jade, going by Elayna Black again, returned to the independent scene where she made appearances for the likes of GCW, Prestige Wrestling and AIW.

During her time on WWE NXT, Black spent some time in TNA Wrestling and could use that experience to make a smooth transition to the company sooner rather than later.
