On January 16, WWE and TNA Wrestling announced an official partnership aimed at creating unprecedented crossover opportunities.
Since WWE started working with TNA Wrestling in 2024, there have been several stars that fans have wanted to see “cross the line.”
Following the announcement of their partnership, here are seven WWE stars to move to TNA Wrestling.
7. Cedric Alexander

Since WWE began their working relationship with TNA Wresting, various stars have expressed their interest in competing with the other promotion.
One WWE star who has been vocal about competing in TNA, specifically in the X-Division, is Cedric Alexander.
The former Cruiserweight Champion has remained active on the NXT brand since moving over at the tail end of 2024.
Alexander could fit the X-Division like a glove where he would make an ideal opponent with the likes of Ace Austin and Trey Miguel.

6. Je’Von Evans

Je’Von Evans has been one of the fastest rising stars to come to NXT over the past year.
From his breakout performance in the four-way at Heatwave to the Men’s Iron Survivor at Deadline, Evans has shined every time he has been given an opportunity.
Giving Evans the chance to go to TNA Wrestling will only further his rapid development and give him a whole crop of talent to face to help him improve even more.
Je’Von seems like the prototypical X-Division wrestler and should be in the spotlight over on TNA, especially against the likes of Leon Slater or Zachary Wentz.

5. Ethan Page

Since signing with WWE in 2024, Ethan Page has firmly established himself as a top star on the NXT brand.
All Ego has exceptional microphone ability and is more than capable inside the ring, with recent months seeing him excel as a character.
With his past in TNA Wrestling, it seems almost inevitable that Page will make at least one appearance back in the promotion.
Whether it be reuniting with his former tag team partner Josh Alexander or facing off with a top star like Nic Nemeth, Page could play an essential role in this new WWE and TNA partnership.

4. Oba Femi

At NXT New Year’s Evil, Oba Femi defeated Trick Williams and Eddy Thorpe to win the NXT Championship.
The Ruler has had a meteoric rise on WWE TV and has everything it takes to shine in another company just as much as he does on NXT.
Femi could help bolster the main event scene in TNA as NXT Champion defending his title against some of the top stars in the promotion.
The crowd reaction to seeing Oba clash with Moose or AJ Francis would be enough to make the NXT Champion the biggest crossover star in this partnership.

3. AJ Styles

There is no other star as synonymous with TNA Wrestling than The Phenomenal AJ Styles.
The former multi-time TNA World Champion was the face of the promotion for the better part of a decade and is regarded by many as the greatest in-ring performer in company history.
Despite his current injury status in WWE, the company should find a way to send Styles over to TNA in some capacity over the next 12 months.
Whether it be as an inductee in the TNA Hall of Famer or in a dream match against Joe Hendry or Mike Santana, fans around the world will rejoice to see AJ Styles back in a TNA ring one day.

2. Penta

On the January 13 edition of Monday Night Raw, Penta made his long awaited in-ring debut in a win over Chad Gable.
After the success and buzz surrounding his debut, WWE will surely be thinking of unique and inventive ways to use the ultra popular luchador.
One such way could be using the former AEW star as one of the premier crossover talents who appear on TNA Wrestling programming.
As a former TNA World and Tag Team Champion, Penta has the history to pull from to be a huge special attraction for a major show for the company.

1. Giulia

Cementing her status as one of the best female wrestlers in the world today, Giulia signed with WWE with plenty of hype and anticipation.
From her impressive look to her hard hitting style inside the squared circle, the former NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion has not disappointed since debuting in NXT.
After capturing the NXT Championship from Roxanne Perez at New Year’s Evil, Giulia is the standard bearer for the developmental brand’s women’s division and should have a presence in this WWE and TNA partnership.
Matches against Tessa Blanchard or TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich could be worthy of headlining a premium live event and should happen without a doubt.
