WWE and AAA Worlds Collide will take place from the KIA Forum in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, June 7.
Despite the show being less than two weeks away, the company has already announced two inter-promotional bouts with El Hijo del Vikingo facing Chad Gable, and Legado Del Fantasma going at it with AAA’s El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., Psycho Clown and Pagano.
There is plenty of room to add more matches to this event to further make this a standout premium live event for both of these promotions.
Here are six matches to be potentially added to WWE and AAA Worlds Collide.
6. Rey Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
One of the most noteworthy WWE main roster stars part of the Worlds Collide poster had to be Rey Mysterio.
The WWE Hall of Famer has been out of action with a torn groin that led to him being pulled from WrestleMania 41 last minute.
When he was scheduled for the premium live event, Mysterio was set to go one-on-one with El Grande Americano.
If the poster is indicating anything, Mysterio may be part of the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide card and there is no better match for him to have than the bout he was scheduled to have with the newest luchador in the company.

5. Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Lola Vice vs. Chik Tormenta vs. Dalys – NXT Women’s Championship
At WWE NXT Battleground, Stephanie Vaquer defeated Jordynne Grace to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
Before and after the match, Vaquer had some brief staredowns with Lucha Libre AAA’s Chik Tormenta and Dalys.
Later in the show, “La Primera” got into a backstage confrontation with the two luchadoras that got very intense between all parties involved.
Considering the recent interactions between the champion and Lola Vice – and that Vice is on the poster for Worlds Collide – a four-way match for the NXT Women’s Championship could easily be set up with Vaquer defending her title against the two AAA stars and one NXT talent at WWE & AAA Worlds Collide.

4. Je’Von Evans vs. Aero Star
WWE recently released the poster for the upcoming Worlds Collide event, featuring several stars who will likely be included on the card.
One of the most surprising names featured on the poster has to be WWE NXT’s Je’Von Evans.
Considering his high flying, bouncy style, Evans would make for a great matchup for anyone on the Lucha Libre AAA roster.
Looking over at AAA, Aero Star is someone who has decades of experience and could be a suitable veteran to have a thrilling encounter against the 20 year old upstart from WWE NXT at Worlds Collide.

3. LWO (Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) vs. Mr. Iguana & Nueva Generacion Dinamita (Sanson & Foraseto)
To add a more lucha libre feel to it, WWE and AAA should add some more multi-man matches that have fans awe-inspired by the agility of the performers involved at Worlds Collide.
LWO’s Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde are an exciting trio that have delivered some fun action when paired up with one another.
Meanwhile, Mr. Iguana was one of the Mexican stars featured on the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide poster. Looking over at the promotion, their current AAA World Tag Team Champions are Nueva Generacion Dinamita.
Wanting to give as many of their stars a spotlight as possible, AAA could put the spotlight on Iguana, Sanson and Foraseto against LWO in a lucha libre style trios contest.

2. Fraxiom vs. Aztec Warriors (Laredo Kid & Octagon Jr.)
Since WWE & AAA Worlds Collide has been adjusted to feature stars from all three brands of the company, there is an opportunity to highlight talent that otherwise wouldn’t have been involved when it was supposed to be a NXT inter-promotional show.
Since being called up to the main roster following WrestleMania 41, Fraxiom has been one of the most featured tag teams on the SmackDown brand.
With their high flying, fast paced style, Nathan Frazer and Axiom can be the perfect opponents for any duo in AAA, but Laredo Kid and Octagon Jr. feel like an ideal choice to face the former NXT Tag Team Champions even more.
In an effort to also feature another one of WWE’s partners, The Aztec Warriors represent both AAA and TNA Wrestling, so this would not only provide a showstealing matchup, but also give this even more of a Worlds Collide feel.

1. Rey Fenix vs. La Parka
On the May 16 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Solo Sikoa defeated Rey Fenix and Jimmy Uso to qualify for the Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
After taking the loss in this contest, Fenix felt like a no-brainer choice to be part of the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide event since he was not going to be on the Money In The Bank premium live event.
When looking at the Lucha Libre AAA promotion, there might not be a bigger star who is ready to break out on a major stage quite like La Parka.
Taking the mantle of one of the most legendary gimmicks and masks in AAA history, the young star could have a stellar in-ring spectacle against the always awesome Fenix on this major show from Los Angeles.
