While AEW has already made several big acquisitions in 2026, they could still have more to unveil at next month’s Revolution 2026 pay-per-view.
After the debuts of Tommaso Ciampa and The Rascalz among others, it could be that even more new faces join the roster to make an impact on Tony Khan’s company.
Here are six potential free agent debuts that could happen at AEW Revolution 2026.
6. David Finlay
One new AEW star that could make a debut at Revolution is David Finlay.
After carving out a legacy in NJPW, David Finlay will make a major impact wherever he ends up signing – with both WWE and AEW reportedly interested in his signature.
The former two-time IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion could make his debut at Revolution and either link up with familiar faces from the past (namely the recently debuted Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors) or do something entirely different.
Able to serve as an interesting foe for the likes of MJF and Jon Moxley, the addition of Finlay to AEW could happen — if he hasn’t already been snagged elsewhere.

5. Hammerstone
One star that continues to appear for MLW but could potentially be on loan for the Los Angeles event may be Hammerstone.
Potentially looking to a former ally from the past, Alexander Hammerstone could be a perfect hired gun for MJF after their shared association in MLW.
Bringing his impressive stature as well as in-ring abilities, he wouldn’t need to stay relegated to a sidekick role as he can certainly develop his own on-screen persona aside from the champ.
A move with short term gratification that could come with long term consequences, MJF may end up bringing about his own future demise by bringing in the dangerous new star.

4. Beth Copeland
Beth Copeland (formerly known as Beth Phoenix in WWE) ended up taking a Spike Piledriver from FTR after having made a brief appearance at AEW All Out 2025,
Taking time off after the vicious post-match attack, it could be that Adam Copeland could return with a vengeance and his wife by his side at AEW Revolution 2026.
Reuniting on-screen with Christian Cage, the legendary team might be planning a special Hollywood surprise for FTR.
With FTR still holding the AEW Tag Team Championship that they reclaimed back at Full Gear 2025, perhaps it is time for a showdown that also includes Mrs. Copeland.

3. 1 Called Manders
One free agent that continues to see his name brought up in discussions regarding being signed by either AEW or WWE is 1 Called Manders.
After spending the latter part of 2025 in action across the UK indies, Manders has returned stateside for recent appearances in GCW.
Certainly able to find a home in AEW’s expansive cast of characters, there could be room for another cowboy to join the crew.
Able to compete in singles and tag team action, 1 Called Manders could find himself making his debut as a brand new member of a faction at Revolution.

2. Killer Kelly
One star that could find herself joining AEW in the near future is the former TNA Wrestling star Killer Kelly.
With Kelly among those who did not re-sign with TNA Wrestling after recent changes within the company, she could be headed for AEW sooner rather than later.
Boasting an impressive resume in singles as well as tag team action, it could be possible to see both pop up in AEW action especially now that her fiancé Myron Reed is a member of the roster.
Able to join the growing AEW women’s tag team division along with other former Knockouts Tag Team title holders Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee — there could be a brand new crop of AEW rivalries kicking off at Revolution 2026.

1. AJ Styles
While the future for AJ Styles remains uncertain, there has been a relatively big development following an announcement from WWE this week.
With the upcoming edition of WWE Raw on February 23 in Atlanta dubbed a ‘Tribute to AJ Styles’, it could be that “The Phenomenal One” has unfinished business still in WWE.
Or the show is meant to highlight the fact that his career is effectively over in an attempt to make a future debut at AEW Revolution 2026 seem less impressive.
Either way, there will likely be more AJ Styles news coming between now and AEW hitting Los Angeles on Sunday, March 15, 2026. As ever in professional wrestling — anything is possible.
