With WWE Survivor Series 2025 fast approaching at Petco Park in San Diego, fans will be anticipating some of the big title matches at the event.

While there are only two title matches official at the time of writing, there could be more added to the card before November 29 comes around – many of which could see titles change hands.

Here are five possible title changes that could happen at WWE Survivor Series 2025.

5. Intercontinental Championship — Dominik Mysterio

After beating Dominik Mysterio for the WWE Intercontinental Championship in his hometown of Boston on November 10, John Cena was perfectly willing to put the title on the line for a rematch the following week.

In classic heel fashion however, Dom declined in favor of making the match official for his hometown of San Diego, CA at Survivor Series.

Considering Mysterio’s home advantage, it could be that he genuinely beats John Cena without any shenanigans or hijinks, albeit with The Judgment Day getting dunked out by Cena on Raw, there might still be some chicanery in the end.

With potential interferences from Rey Mysterio or even Sheamus — seemingly gunning for an IC title shot himself in the near future — anything could happen by the end of the match but it does seem as though Mysterio will reclaim the gold.

4. WWE Women’s World Championship — Nikki Bella

Recently turning heel on Stephanie Vaquer during an in-ring segment on the November 10 WWE Raw, Bella showed no signs of remorse as she jumped Vaquer the following week.

Attacking the WWE Women’s World Champion again, Nikki Bella issued a challenge for Survivor Series that was later made official.

Potentially paving the way for the return of Liv Morgan as a babyface, it would make total sense to see Nikki Bella capture the victory in her hometown of San Diego, California.

While Vaquer will be the favorite, Nikki could utilise some twin magic with the return of Brie Bella to help secure the victory, marking the beginning of a brand new Bella Era in WWE.

3. World Tag Team Championship – The New Day

Potentially poised for a shake-up in the near future, it could be that The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) soon capture gold again.

While the team of AJ Styles and Dragon Lee has been fun, the partnership does seem likely to be a transitional one, as there could be other stories on the horizon.

With potential shakeups in the tag team division — including plenty of top teams that could make the switch over from SmackDown — there could be new feuds on the horizon for The New Day.

Given the reunion of The Usos in tag team action as of late as well as persistent rumors that the Hardy Boyz (Matt & Jeff Hardy) could be re-signing with WWE in 2026 — there seem to be a lot of exciting possibilities ahead.

2. United States Championship — Randy Orton

Out of action for almost two months now, perhaps the return of Randy Orton could come in a scenario that isn’t expected: answering Ilja Dragunov’s Open Challenge for the United States Championship.

Putting his reign to an end, the pair could go on to have a feud that wouldn’t require either to be a heel because there are plenty of other characters that could keep up the shady antics.

With the likes of Drew McIntyre presumably still gunning for Randy Orton as well as Dragunov having to contend with #DIY, the swap could also reveal a shock twist to a mystery and a heel turn.

If it ended up being Randy Orton who attacked Jacob Fatu backstage at SmackDown, there could be a brand new rivalry over the United States Championship.

1. Intercontinental Championship — Giulia

While Giulia recently dropped the United States Championship to Chelsea Green over on SmackDown, perhaps she is simply flipping brands.

Although there was not an official WWE Draft in 2025, stars have been switching between brands as storylines evolve.

Giulia could certainly find a home on WWE Raw, potentially aligning with The Kabuki Warriors and kicking off new feuds over the Intercontinental Championship.

If Giulia were to capture the gold from Maxxine Dupri, she could go on to develop the IC title into an even bigger title with feuds against IYO SKY, Rhea Ripley and AJ Lee.
