WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event takes place tonight in Salt Lake City, UT and promises to be a major show, with the vacant WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line as CM Punk faces Jey Uso.

While this match will steal the headlines t could also be significant for other reasons, with the possibility of big-time debuts taking place on the event.

Here are five debuts that could take place at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

5. Ethan Page

Ethan Page’s elevation from NXT to WWE’s main roster has been heavily speculated in recent months.

Teaming as a pro-Canada duo with fellow Canadian Chelsea Green saw the pair get over big with the NXT audience, leading to calls for Page to be brought up to the main roster to continue the act.

While they haven’t appeared on WWE programming yet, the two continue to team together — challenging for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships at WWE’s Mexican promotion during their Day of the Dead show tomorrow in Monterrey.

Before appearing for AAA, could they first make a stop at Saturday Night’s Main Event — with Page making his main roster debut?

4. Moose

Moose on WWE NXT

Moose has quietly become one of pro-wrestling’s standout big men in recent years — an effective in-ring performer with a memorable character and tangible charisma.

A former two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion and X-Division Champion, storyline-wise there’s little left for him to do in TNA — a company he’s now been part of for nearly a decade.

WWE have shown interest, with the 41-year-old appearing multiple times on NXT programming this year, most recently during last month’s NXT and TNA Survivor Series match.

A fully polished performer with name recognition, there appears little need for a developmental stop — could we see Moose make his main roster debut at Saturday Night’s Main Event?

3. Jordynne Grace

On the subject of TNA stars, Jordynne Grace made her long-speculated move from TNA to WWE at the beginning of the year.

Since arriving, she’s been a fixture in NXT — challenging for the NXT Women’s Championship on multiple occasions without success, and most recently failing to capture the TNA Knockouts Title held by NXT performer Kelani Jordan.

Storyline-wise, she currently has no clear direction and had little need for a developmental stint in the first place given she’s already one of North America’s most accomplished female workers.

So, could Saturday Night’s Main Event mark her full-time debut on the WWE main roster?

2. Matt Cardona

One of the most notable things about the recent NXT and TNA inter-promotional feud was the reception Matt Cardona received appearing in front of the WWE fanbase on NXT — no one in the locker room was as popular as Cardona.

As Zack Ryder, Cardona was released from WWE in 2020 after a 13-year stint with the company.

Since leaving, he’s successfully reinvented himself — becoming a more effective all-round worker and developing a far more charismatic persona.

The WWE fanbase clearly loves the 40-year-old star, so could Saturday Night’s Main Event mark not the return of Zack Ryder, but the main roster debut of Matt Cardona?

1. Oba Femi

WWE NXT star Oba Femi

Oba Femi has been the focal point of NXT in 2025.

The 27-year-old star held the NXT Men’s Championship from the beginning of January until the end of September, dropping it to Ricky Saints at No Mercy.

As the brand’s centrepiece, he more than held up his end of the bargain — the past year has seen the Nigerian-born performer become a highly effective big-man worker, boasting an impressive moveset and palpable presence.

WWE clearly sees him as a future star, and he has every chance to be — could Saturday Night’s Main Event mark the start of his rise to the top of the company?
