A Grand Slam Champion, The Miz recently revealed that he watches old matches from across his career during an appearance on Six Feet Under.

Speaking to The Undertaker, The Miz opened up about the enjoying of critiquing his work, saying:

“I try to watch as much as I possibly can. Just to see, like, it’s different than it was five years ago, 10 years ago. When you look at when I first came in to where it is now it’s so different. It’s a different pace, the style is still the same. I feel like you can still do the same style, but it’s different.

“I enjoy critiquing myself. A lot of people don’t even like watching their matches. I’m like how are you gonna learn if you’re not watching your matches? I watch everything and nitpick, to this day.

“I’m 23 years in, I will still look at my footing and go, ‘You’re taking extra steps there, could have done this better, you didn’t have to take that bump.’”
