A WWE star has returned to the company after four years since their last match in today’s 2026 women’s Royal Rumble match.
The women’s Royal Rumble match featured six return entrants if you factor in NXT stars and returns.
The most noteworthy of the surprises was the return entrant at #29, Brie Bella.
This marked Brie’s first match since the 2022 Royal Rumble four years ago.
Nikki Bella made her WWE return in last year’s Rumble but Brie had been absent from Nikki’s run this time around until today, which was supposedly due to her marriage to AEW’s Bryan Danielson.
However, she did make her comeback tonight, so it appears that point of contention has been overcome.
As noted, Brie entered at #29 after Nikki had already entered at #25.
The reunited Bella Twins did work together, including eliminating Bayley and Lyra Valkyria together.
However, shortly after that, both Bellas were eliminated simultaneously by Lash Legend.
The NXT entrants in the women’s Rumble were Lola Vice at #6, Sol Ruca at #10, Jacy Jayne at #24 and Kelani Jordan at #27, with Brie Bella and Tiffany Stratton both returning to round out the surprises at #29 and #30 respectively.
