A WWE star made a bizarre return after a ten month absence on tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown (March 1).

On tonight’s WWE SmackDown, a return to in-ring action for the first time since May 2023 for Xyon Quinn.

Quinn appeared to have been called up to the main roster in May 2023 as he was announced as a “free agent” in the WWE Draft.

However, other than a completely unnoteworthy battle royal outing that same month, he hadn’t been used at all since then until tonight.

Unfortunately for Quinn, his return tonight would not be long at all as he faced Bron Breakker in an exceptionally short match.

As the bell rang, Breakker immediately hit Quinn with his spear finisher and pinned him, capturing the pinfall victory in around 7 seconds.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, another return as Rey Mysterio made an appearance after being out with injury for the last four months.

He made his return during a street fight between Carlito and Santos Escobar which had devolved into an all out war between the two factions, Legado del Fantasma and LWO.

In the end with a little help from Cruz del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Mysterio, Carlito was able to pick up the victory over Santos Escobar.
