A WWE star has called out Brock Lesnar for a big potential rematch at next year’s WrestleMania 42 Premium Live Event.
At WrestleMania 39 Brock Lesnar met his physical match when he stepped into the ring with “The Nigerian Giant” Omos, a star who towered over Lesnar like few ever have in his storied in-ring career.
Despite being outsized by Omos, it was Lesnar who picked out the win in the match, but that loss is something Omos is keen to avenge when WrestleMania 42 comes to Las Vegas on April 18 & 19, 2026.
Omos was asked about potential WrestleMania 42 opponents during an interview with TMZ Sports, to which he responded by calling out Lesnar for a rematch from three years prior.
Omos said:
“Mania last year in Vegas was awesome man. Being in that environment, it’s Vegas, it’s the bright lights, big city, it’s just a city that’s extremely vibrant and to go back there for a second time? Chef’s kiss. I’m elated to go back for it, I’m looking forward to being on the card this year.
“My dream opponent? Since it’s going bigger in Vegas I’m going to put it out there. Brock Lesnar, we need to run it back.”

Omos’ match with Lesnar was his last at WWE’s “Grandest Stage of Them All”, having missed out on the card of both WrestleMania 40 and 41.
He has recently returned to WWE in-ring action on the NXT live event scene however, with his last match being a meeting with NXT’s own Nigerian heavyweight Oba Femi – click here for the latest update on the potential feud between the two giants.
