A WWE SmackDown star has confirmed that they are making a return to bodybuilding as they prepare for their second competition.

Former WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton revealed her plan, nine weeks out from competition, in a recent video shared on social media.

In her new TikTok mini diaries entry, Stratton shared the news and provided an update on her reason for wanting to step back on stage while being a WWE star, saying:

“I am currently nine weeks out from my second bodybuilding show ever and I am going to step on stage again and just kinda see where things are at

“I remember I fell in love with bodybuilding, and then I got signed to WWE so I couldn’t really do both at the same time, but I feel like now I’m in a position to where I feel like I can balance it now.”

Stratton would then showcase her shoulders and triceps workout, giving viewers an insight into her pre-workout prep and the outfit she would wear to the gym.

The former gymnast joined WWE in August 2021, making her NXT debut in December of that year and would go on to hold the brand’s Women’s Championship.

A month before her WWE signing, she competed at the NPC Twin Cities Open, being the overall winner of the Figure category under her real name of Jessica Woynilko.

Called up the main roster in February 2024, Tiffany Stratton has held the WWE Women’s Championship and returned at this year’s Royal Rumble as entrant 30, being eliminated by the winner, Liv Morgan.
