The planned match order for the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble premium live event has emerged just over an hour before the show.

Four matches are on the official PLE lineup including both the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches, in addition to AJ Styles vs GUNTHER with Styles’ career on the line, and Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn for McIntyre’s Undisputed WWE Championship.

As reported by PWInsider Elite, the women’s Rumble is the match currently scheduled to be the opening match of the PLE today.

This has generally been the norm throughout most of the past few years – although there have been some where it’s been different – where the women’s Rumble opens the show and the men’s Rumble closes the show with the other non-Rumble matches sandwiched between them.

That pattern continues this year as the men’s Rumble is set to be today’s main event.

The listed order as of now, which could still change, is the women’s Rumble first, then Styles vs GUNTHER, then McIntyre vs Zayn, then the men’s Rumble.

The PWInsider report also notes that WWE has planned for both the women’s and men’s Rumbles to be around 75 minutes long, but there’s room for that to be adjusted.
