Nick Khan Says There Has Been No Discussion About Selling WWE

With the recent acquisition of the WWE Network by Peacock there was speculation that there could be a possible sale of WWE. Now, we know that this is not the case.

WWE President Nick Khan recently spoke to Forbes where he dismissed any speculation about a WWE sale. Here is the quote:

“We haven’t discussed it once. At all. By the way, thrilled with being on network TV at Fox. I think I sort of pushed on the emphasis [during the earnings call] on broadcast television, and how important that is, so love that, love what we’re doing with NBC, but no, there has been no dialogue internally or externally on anything like that.”

Nick Khan also mentioned during the interview that WWE is interested in working with Cardi B. This stems from an interaction Cardi B had on Twitter during WWE’s Legends Night last month. She revealed she used to watch WWE and now WWE would like to bring her in. You can read more about that here.
