With tension building in WWE on the road to WrestleMania 42, it could be that there are several tag teams poised to split.
From break-ups that have already been teased to others that could lead to brand new characters, there could be some very big moves coming soon.
Here are five WWE tag teams that may be set to split up soon.
5. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez

In seemingly the most obvious tag team that might be on the verge of falling apart, it would seem that the pairing of Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez could be over soon.
With Rodriguez first being eliminated from the Royal Rumble by Morgan, she would later see her wishes regarding her match against Stephanie Vaquer violated.
With both Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez attempting to interfere in Rodriguez’s Women’s World Championship match on WWE Raw – which she asked Morgan not to do – she would end up losing the bout despite the Philadelphia Street Fight’s lack of rules.
Certainly with the pairing seemingly skating on thin ice, it could be that this particular tag team falls apart sooner rather than later.

4. The War Raiders

After the duo were attacked before the latest match by Oba Femi, taken out by former NXT Champion, it could be that there is a change in the future for the War Raiders.
While the pair could definitely remain united while turning to the NXT tag team division, it might be interesting to see them break up.
Possibly able to feud with one another, there could be an entirely new alliance forthcoming for the pair.
Able to break-up as a tag team but potentially reunite in the near future as henchmen for the likes of Drew McIntyre on the road to WrestleMania 42, there might be a solid reason for the duo to split from their current iteration.

3. The Street Profits

A pair of compelling performers that haven’t seen WWE action for a bit are Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, the Street Profits.
While the Street Profits remain off of TV, the duo are not injured but rather taking time away to freshen up their characters.
Possibly making a return as singles forces rather than in continued pursuit of tag team acclaim, Ford and Dawkins could both find a renewed purpose.
Returning as leaders of a brand new faction or even as the new muscle behind a dastardly version of Bianca Belair, there could be some very interesting stories ahead for the Profits separately.

2. Chelsea Green & Alba Fyre

One split that could serve to give the pair a substantive storyline heading into WrestleMania 42 would be the breakup of the Green Regime.
While it has been an enjoyable partnership, it could be time for the entertaining duo of Alba Fyre and Chelsea Green to go their separate ways.
Possibly able to lead into a feud with one another and new potential tag team partners for each, there could be a very fun WrestleMania 42 match ahead.
With Fyre able to join forces with another male from the roster (Joe Hendry perhaps?), the duo could end up challenging Chelsea Green and All Ego Ethan Page for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship.

1. Sol Ruca & Zaria

One long simmering break-up in NXT that could finally be coming to fruition is between Sol Ruca and Zaria.
After NXT on February 3, it would seem that the pair could be closer to breaking up than ever before.
When an errant Sol Snatcher ended up hitting Zaria rather than either of their TNA Wrestling foes, the Elegance Brand would retain the TNA Wrestling Knockouts Championship, but Zaria wouldn’t be down in defeat very long.
Instead, she would interrupt Jacy Jayne to challenge the NXT Women’s Champion after commenting that Sol Ruca had been “handed plenty of opportunities,” and was ready to take hers.
